This is literally the worst ups store I’ve ever been to . Customer service beyond awful. This is the second time I’ve been there and nothing was accomplished. Everyone just does the bare minimum almost like you’re begging them to do their jobs. No decency from anyone. The manager is even worst. He’s helping me to print and walked away to help someone else and left me there not being able to access the computer smh! Just tragic.

10/10 service!! I usually only utilize this stores printing services but today I had a return. I honestly had no idea how to return an item to ASOS and the young man, Eduardo, walked me through it AND printed the label for me! Crisis averted!! ?

I will not be going to this location again. After todays terrible experience with Mohammed I refused to go back into a place of business that speaks to woman so poorly and disrespectful. My daughter went there to return a package and was completely dumbfounded when Mohammed who claims to be the person in charge spoke to her like a child. He was yelling at her after she had to empty the box he dumped items inside of because he refused to tape her package correctly. Not only was he rude but my daughter heard him say terrible things about her to another old lady that was at the register when he rudely asked my daughter to move and tape her package else where. This location has completely lost our business. And I’ll be sure to spread the word to others. BE AWARE OF THIS AWFUL UPS LOCATION. DO NOT TRUST LEAVING YOUR BOXES THERE!

This place is the absolute worst. The guy that helped me basically threw a box at my face. Started yelling at me after I had to empty my box because he dumped everything inside before I could tape it. I decided I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my box there to ship so I paid for the box but before I could do that I heard the employee who was an older middle eastern/Indian man talk trash about my wife and I to another customer. This employee claimed to be the manager when I asked to speak to the person in charge however he had no name tags specifying his position in the store. He was rude, lacked serious customer service and was obviously very annoyed with the volume of customers the day after Christmas. I am never going to this location again. I’d rather go to the one on Morris Ave in Union. This place and its employees give the entire UPS brand a really bad look. They should be terminated completely before they continue to drag this location down.
