DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The reviews are accurate - damaged or missing items, customer service is non-existent (assuming you can get them to answer the phone), and the claims process is sooooo tedious most folks won't bother.

I went through a broker to find a quality and reputable company in 2020 to help with my relocation from Columbus to Alpharetta. If you are looking for a long distance moving company this would be one for sure you should not consider. There are clear reasons they have the rating in the bbb, and low ratings on every Public facing site. The reviews about price increases, poor customer service, damaged or missing products, significant time days are all from my experience 100 percent true and accurate. Recommended not to use this company.

Unfortunately this company was selected through broker moving company. Which I wish I knew in the beginning. This company is the absolute worse. Not only did they damage and break items, they stole items too. When placing a claim, you needed pictures (provided) receipts (of those that I had) and estimated amount. They first offered me $80 of what I figured to an insult seeing the moved was over $4,000 and my calculations were at over $2,000. But when I sent an email about the amount, they said to submit letter on the website, which wants you to reenter the entire claim all over again. I sent another email after seeing this was the requirement to fight claim and the supervisor called me and told me to we didn't have insurance. Why do I need insurance, you received my cash and I get damaged, broken and stolen items. So I said I would contact an attorney. Then after call I get a revised offer for $130. This company is the absolutely worse company and if you broker, ask up front who they deal with because you don't want them!

Worst experience I've ever had and will never use moving company again . Their truck had holes in the side and as they traveled to my location in a downpour you can guess the damage done . Not to mention that my hand truck and 8 foot fiberglass ladder never made it to our location. Assuming someone else is enjoying my ladder that was only 2 years old. My good hand truck was also missing from delivery which I am sure they are also enjoying while I am not and will have to purchase new ones. The key to understanding moving companies is the language of contract. They state estimated so you can be sure the amount will change. Mine doubled from original estimate to final cost. Think twice before using moving company.

If you are thinking of using this company, please be aware that you may not receive all of your items. And that when you try to file an insurance claim, you will end up on another site that unceremoniously redirects you to an "Access Denied" page. If you call the toll free number, be prepared to enter a 45 minute wait cycle that then hangs up on you Proficient at passing the buck and not helping at any point.

This is the worst moving company ever. Be aware before using them. They are liars and not responsive. We were told our deliver would take a week and instead it took a month. I tried to contact them via phone but no one answers the phone. I really hope they go out of business.

Shelves missing from my armoire. Legs broken on every piece of furniture they moved. Cardboard boxes clearly marked "Fragile". We're smashed and several were open. Worst move I have ever experienced. The quote and actual cost for the move doubled.

HORRIBLE MOVING COMPANY! STAY THE EF AWAY. Using this company was the worse decision ever made. I hade furniture damaged and they wouldn't deliver my 3 bedroom home in my house. I had to rent a Uhaul truck while they threw all my boxes and furniture into it. I had to unload everything myself. There's a lot more s*** to complain about. I filed a claim on the few thousands in damaged they caused, provided receipts , pics, and I was offered $50 ?!?!? I can't make this up if I wanted to. BEWARE!!!!! STAY AWAY! I hate that I had to give it 1 star just to write this.

Do not use them as your moving company!!!! Read these negative reviews and find another company with actual positive reviews. I wish we had done our research so we could have avoided this stressful experience. We used a moving broker and they selected this company, so we were unable to vet them before booking our move. We were charged an additional almost $3k on our original quote and unable to reach anyone for this blatant up charge because conveniently after 5 pm both the broker and this moving company were out of office!!!! A move originally agreed to be under $3k now became $5k plus. All of our items were already in the truck and we already had turned in our keys to our landlord. What a horrible situation to be in, let me tell you. Then, the company promised 1-21 days to deliver our items from California to Maine. It took 2 months! They never called or emailed us to give us updates. We had to constantly call them to get any kind of info regarding our items. It was the worst experience we've had with customer service from a company. Lastly, to add insult to injury, our items were triple stacked on top of each other, several of our boxes arrived damaged, our tv boxes were upside down in the truck, our safe was damaged, our hydroponic indoor growing system damaged, boxes were falling apart, and the movers had to re tape countless boxes on the truck in front of us so they could move the boxes off the truck without all the items falling out. Literally, WTF!?!?!? We're filing a claim to try to get money to repair the items they damaged in transport. Based on the other reviews, this looks like it's going to be a long stressful battle to get any type of claim properly compensated. Stay far far away from this company. You've been warned.

These people are complete and utter conartists. They quoted my mom one price, subcontracted the move out to a different company (no mention of this beforehand), showed up and told her it was going to be THOUSANDS of dollars more on the day of their move. We watched them drop two boxes in front of us and simply pick them up and act as if nothing happened. After the truck was loaded, she were told her section was larger than anticipated and it would be a large sum of money MORE than she was told (keep in mind, still thousands of dollars more than the original quote). She was told her things would be delivered one day only to have been delivered WEEKS later. Upon arrival, told she owed $4k+ MORE and that all her belongings would not be unloaded unless the new balance was paid. The owner refused to talk to my mother directly and directed the mover on sight to inform her that if she did not pay, they would place her belongings in a storage unit somewhere between Florida and NJ and she'd have to pay huge amounts to retrieve them. Once everything was unloaded, my mother and her husband began unpacking their things to find MULTIPLE things were broken, foot prints were on plastic bins, bins were shattered beyond repair and priceless things were broken and are totally unfixable. This company is a disgusting excuse for a business. They are scammers through and through. Unprofessional and criminal and after reading many reviews and hearing from other people, they are making a living doing this to so many people. STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE! I can not stress it enough -- they are thieves and will hold your lives hostage until you pay what they ask.

I called a moving company thinking it was a real moving company with a very good rating. No, they're a broker for moving companies ,which was never disclosed over the phone, but is in their contract. My mistake not reading it, but dishonest in my opinion since not one person there revealed that fact to me. Price I got from them was in line with other companies, so I picked them due to rating. Unfortunately, a low rated company in NJ, picked up my job. They were five hours late on the day they were supposed to pick up my belongings. Problems didn't start until I gave them the date to deliver. Had a date, but my house closing was put off for two days. I called a few days ahead and told them and set up a new date. It took them 14 days past my new scheduled date to deliver my stuff, and they literally gave less than one day notice. Fortunately that wasn't a problem for me. They were supposed to come in the morning, but showed up after 6pm. So, about 10 hours late. I didn't know that they were storing my things in NJ. I lived in Va, and was moving to NC. I'm guessing that's why the extreme delay. They failed to deliver some items. I called the girl at their office, and she was less than useless. No phone calls, no contact at all. I waited a week and called again. Luckily, I got a guy who managed to find one of my items, a ladder, in less than five minutes, and said he'll look for a box that didn't make it. The ladder had my identification on it, so no idea why the girl couldn't find it, or why no one called me to say they had it. As of this review, they still haven't found my missing box. Guess it was delivered to someone else. Just so you know, the contract does say they have 21 days to deliver, so that's on me, but that's why I'm writing this review. It's about what to do to avoid these problems. This was my first time using a moving company. The men who picked up and delivered my furniture were great. No issues with them, at all. It's the people who set up the schedule, the extreme distance that they stored my items, and the girl who answers the phone that are the problem. Here's how to avoid these problems: 1: Make sure the company you're talking to isn't a broker. Ask them upfront. If they are, go elsewhere. You might as well deal directly. A poster on r/moving informed me that the broker lied to him when he asked. They said they weren't, but were a broker. Ask for a copy of the contract. It should say on there who picks up your furniture. 2: Don't have the moving company store your stuff. You don't know how far away they'll store it. Once they have your stuff, you're a captive of the company, and the girl at the company the broker picked for me didn't seem to care. The "one month free storage" isn't worth it. 3: Number all your boxes to make sure you get them all. Photograph what's in each one before sealing it. 4: Find a local storage facility, and have the moving company deliver to them. Count your boxes and items not boxed. Then when you're ready, hire a local company to move your stuff to your new home. Moving insurance is a joke. Many hoops to jump through, and only a small percentage of reimbursement. Insurance company said I was owed $50 for my lost things. Insurance claim was sent to Inegrated on Jan 21st. Still haven't gotten my check, and no one answers the phone.

Do no I repeat DO NOT use this company. They are complete bait and switch scam artists. They showed up to my places after delaying my pick up twice the day before I had to leave for airport so I didn't have time to hire another company. When they showed up they doubled my estimate by saying I have to much stuff!! Driver went by dimensions of totes that he says were 30 cubic feet when in actuality they are 6. They measure 32 5/8 x 19 3/4 x 17 1/4, do the math. I immediately called support to express my concerns they said the drivers to this for a living and he knows what he is doing. Wtf! Support then instructed me to go look at the market (white beams) on truck when they done loading and tell her where it filled up to. I approached the driver but was told I could not go on truck due to safety reasons, so I took a picture from about 20 or so feet away at a lower angle and you cannot get perspective from there . But it took up about 250 cubic feet based on my angle. The second loader showed up wearing crocs to move , both not wearing masks and the second helper slipped and busted a ty which he says I had wrapped to tight when broke one of the legs... are you kidding me!!! I watched him slip in his little rubber crocs and drop the table. Mind you this is in Rochester NY and it was plenty snow on ground and this is how he is prepared toolset people things. Very professional! That's the the best part, it is now over 3 weeks later and our families things have still not shown up . I have called and emailed no less than 15 times to main office and so called support to receive only one answer from Nancy Val who says they will give me 100 dollars of for the inconvenience. Again are you kidding me!!! This place is completely unprofessional, lack of moral compass when doing business: this is not how you treat people and expect to stay in business. I am calling the NJ authorities here soon to report my things stolen, filing a small claim and have already filed with the BBB. Do not use this place total scam , useless customer service, sad excuse for support and who knows if you will get your stuff. F-

Warning!!!! FRAUD ALERT! Warning!!!! FRAUD ALERT! Warning!!!! **** THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE MOVING COMPANY **** **** There is so much damage, it feels like it was done on purpose. **** * This is NOT a moving company. They are brokers and it cost us three times as much to move as it would have if we had moved ourselves or hired American Van Lines or a reputable mover. We thought we'd give the "little guys" a chance....NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again. The amount of theft is just unimaginable. Boxes opened. Trunks with locks opened. Theft of hi-fi gear. DAMAGE. Opened boxes with glass everywhere. The trunks that had our locks on them were removed; items were stolen. [That's why there was a lock on the trunk.] Pickup of our belongings. At pickup, the mover remarked how well everything had been packed and that "no one packs better than we do!" I told him that most boxes have glass i. them so just treat every box as if it has glass in it...because they do. So, what happened? COVID They arrived without masks and refused to use them or be given one to wear. THEFT The theft of some of our personal belongings comes first. We had had boxes of food delivered, paper products and snacks for COVID and boxes were opened and they took whatever they wanted. TOILET A toilet in the apartment had been covered with plastic because the landlord hadn't repaired it yet. They broke open the plastic, used the toilet and created a $200 water bill because the toilet was broken and the water ran for a month. WOOD FLOORING Integrated Moving Solutions damaged the new wood floors and they are have significant gouges, are scratched, marred, have dolly-driven gouges in them all the way from the front door throughout the apt. BOXES The boxes were all smashed--of which most were marked with glass because most of what we had is glass, was just dropped to the floor. steel A brand new steel bookcase appears not to have even had a cloth barrier around it and is bent beyond repair. glass There are seven broken glass lamps, six broken Baccarat glasses from Germany, a scratched bicycle, a damaged glass table top, broken cups...too much to mention, a gouge in the dining room table, and more. See for yourself. Integrated Moving Solutions in Kenilworth, NJ will not return our calls so that we can file a claim. We did find out that Integrated Moving Solutions are not real movers, they are brokers. DO NOT do business with them.

This is by far the WORST "Moving Company" that I've ever dealt with. But 1st BEWARE that you are dealing with a Broker's company. They will not tell you this! Integrated Moving Solutions, Inc. In New Jersey deals with All Moving USA out of Florida. I should have done my research. But I was handling so much with this move that I didn't take the proper time. Boy did I make a HUGE mistake! These two Companies that work together will scam and rip you off!!! All Moving USA, this company will draw you in Kenneth and Nikki Price work here. These are the two snake charmers that reeled me in. And took over 2,500.00 from me. Then they finished me off with "Integrated Moving Solutions". Who then charged me over $1,200.00. ha boy was I a fool! If I could give this company a minus -100 I would. They lied about my delivery drop off date like it was nothing. I got about 5 different dates. Then when the furniture FINALLY arrived. Two skinny mover showed up and one with his little son in tow. This little boy had a fresh mouth and was in all the business. With that said, they were not able to let down the walk path to bring down my furniture. So they came up with a bright idea to pass down my furniture from the top of the truck with no safety net under to prevent damage. The furniture was packed all wrong! So when one of the skinny guys move a box my expensive mirror along with my 32' in flat screen came tumbling down on the ground. Well of course the glass shattered into pieces! Oh don't worry that was just the beginning. They never brought my book case, they broke the top of one of my large bins, then another one of my large bins full of my kitchen expensive appliances was in another persons orders. Oh wait the BEST part was there were two other orders in the truck! hahaha I swear you can't make this up! SMH After all this the Senior mover asked if I wanted them to take the mirror back so they can fix it. lol what a laugh. Or put in a claim. I took my chances with the flimsy claim. After about three weeks they had the nerve to offer me a whopping $50 dollars I kid you not! All I have to say is I don't know how these people sleep at night. In closing, to save yourself a lot of hard ache PLEASE stay away from All Moving USA/Integrated Moving Solution, Inc. Trust me you can't go anywhere but up from here. Disgruntled Customer...
