Had many great experiences at Stephanie's nails. With both the expert nail stylist and apprentice nails stylist. Almost forgot a had a wonderful facial. The cost is reasonable as well.

Appointments don’t matter, waited longer than a hour after appointment. Nail polishes are old and not categorized. Good luck finding a color. Gel pedicure peeled off by day two. Never going back

This nail salon was ok - my pedicure was rushed and they have thee oldest ugliest colors of polish. You would think they would go through their colors and throw out the bad ones and get some new ones.

Wasn’t great. I walked in and felt the negativity right away. When she began doing my nails she saw how short they were and said “oh my let’s see how this goes.” Very judgmental people I must say. She kept commenting on how hard the job was since my nails were short. ALSO very messy on my nailsService: Manicure

I have tried to give this place a chance because the first time i got my nails done there i got them done with Ceci and she did an amazing job. Today i called in the morning because I desperately needed my nails done for a special occasion tomorrow. I completely understood it was last minute so if they didnt have time that was fine. But i called and asked if Ceci had time to do my nails today & the person i talked to said yess. She had time @3pm. So i arrived at 3pm. I actually spoke to ceci when i got there & told her i had an appointment with her. She told me to have a seat so I waited for 20 minutes. After ceci was done with the client she was currently doing, she proceeded to start a new client & completely disregarded me. They tried to put me with someone else but i specifically made the appointment with her. This is one of 3 times that they do this to me. I left & i will not be going back. I wish them all the best but i hope they do a better job at managing their appointments & having more respect for peoples time.

I love this nail salon, it is the only place my sister and I go anymore to get our nails done. They take walk-ins and do their best to accommodate everyone. The nail techs are all fast and detailed, prefectionists. Their gel manicures last longer than any other salon I've ever been to, 6+ weeks - and I'm not easy on my nails. Parking isn't great, but I've always been able to find a spot on the side street. Entrance is in back or front of the shop.

I've been coming to Stephanies for a couple years now and everytime I come I hate it more and more! These women are okay at doing nails but seriously favor and over accommodate the white women who come in. I am a hispanic woman myself and i feel extremely judged. Many of the times I've gotten tips done they make my nails look nothing like what i asked them for! For example I have a asked for square shaped and they give me coffin even after telling them i wanted square again. Lastly they make up their prices as they go! I payed $70 for simple nails that a year a ago they charged me $55 for!

Love this nail place. The ladies who work here are so friendly and welcoming. They do often get backed up with clients so be patient. It's worth the wait. I go to Cesi and she's AMAZINGGGGG. I show up with some complicated designs and she always executes perfectly. The prices are pretty decent as well.

Irma did my gel manicure and I love the outcome. I will continue to come here for my gel manicures. I have been searching for a good nail salon and I finally found somewhere close to home! I am very happy with my gel manicure.
