“First, I want to say that I have never felt more welcome by employees in any place I’ve visited in this town. I just stopped in for prices and to see specials and WOW was I blown away by the service. I met the manager Michelle, and an associate named Angelica who totally blew my expectations out of the water! Michelle was organized and SO, SO kind it’s like I’ve know her for years! She was VERY professional while keeping it light and kind. Angelica also, wow, knew just how I could be best helped and helped me find just what I was looking for. The specials were okay and the prices are decent.

The space comes with AC which is important to me so my belongings aren’t melting away and there is 24 hour security which also gives me piece of mind. Business hours are good as well, open 7 days a week and they take online payment which is nice. Added bonus is that they have a truck for move in which helps.

“THANK YOU CARLOS! I believe a majority the bad reviews for this company are unfortunately due to the lies told by the broker. We moved from Arizona to Massachusetts and received our stuff 21 days from the move in date as promised, nothing was missing and our stuff is for the most part in great shape. There were a few additional fees, but integrated moving solutions NEVER tried to hide those, the broker did because they just want to take your money and dont have to actually deal with the customer. National Relocation was our broker and I cant say enough bad things about them , WORST AND MOST DECEIVING BROKER EVER. However, our driver Carlos was amazing. He was very communicative and took extra steps to make sure we didnt have to pay extra fees. I am SO grateful for Carlos and his partner who helped us move in. All of my anger towards the broker immediately subsided after dealing with Carlos. All I can say is: GO DIRECT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL BE HONEST AND UPFRONT ABOUT FEES AND EXTRA STEPS.
