The morale is extremely low! The Director has no control over the staff. They are teachers fighting each other in the parking lot. Totally unprofessional, which leads me to believe she has no control over the teachers and their actions inside the classroom. A lot of teachers have left for jobs at other locations. Shannon needs to go!

Where do I even start? My daughter has been with Kindercare since she was 3 months old, she is now 22 months. I am so thankful for everyone, from the teachers to the directors, who have helped me with any questions or concerns I ever had, and as a first time mom I had a lot. When my daughter started solids, we were very terrified and didn’t know where or how to start. Yes, we would look online and get some ideas but if it wasn’t for her teachers and even for Ms. Carolyne, it has eased my anxiety. They were so helpful and gave me tips on how to start, they even made me feel like my daughter was safe to eat solids with them. Besides the safety of my daughter, I know she’s learning a lot while being there. My husband and I are always amazed when she comes home and learns something new. I’m grateful for all her teachers, Ms. Shannon, Ms. Carolyne, who always have a smile on their faces and are always so welcoming. So I’ll leave it with this, it makes me feel like I chose the right school when I see older kids coming into the classrooms just to say hi to their old teachers. To me, that says a whole lot.

All Asian parents please be aware before sending your kids to here!!!!My boy has been suffering from bullying and discrimination for long time here, he is no longer feel happy after I sending him to here. Especially the teacher Ms. Mimi has been completely ignored my boy during bullied, like couple of months ago, I've tried to ask her what on earth happened there, Ms.mimi literally screaming to me and just simply telling me my boy was not behave well, however, she refused to tell me why and how my boy didn't behave well. Her behaviour was totally unacceptable, I don't understand why this KinderCare still allow Ms. Mimi working there.I finally got my boy out of this KinderNOCare, also there are heaps of parents from other countries have the same issue here.

I gotta say I love this place my son has been there since he was 11 months old. I love how you are always greeted with someone as soon as you walk in. I also I love how not just anyone can walk in you need a code to get into the build. All the teachers and directors are so friendly and nice. My favorite is Miss.Carolyne always so helpful with any questions and make you always feel like family there.

PARENTS BEWARE!!! My wife quit her job at this child care center after just 4 hours due to all the neglect and unaccountability that she witnessed. She accepted a job offer at this facility contingent on the enrollment of our 4-month old into the infant classroom. Today was her first and last day. Her shift started at 9am and after doing some training she went to go breastfeed our baby and when she went into the infant room, our baby was in a crib by herself crying, while the staff (3 staff members to 12 infants) were on their phones, ignoring our crying baby as well as other babies that were in distress. She was very upset, but she chose to stay and give them another chance. A couple of hours later, during her lunch break, she again came to the classroom where our child was and AGAIN, our baby was by herself in a crib crying, while the staff members were on the floor on the rug not attending her needs.My wife’s concerns were dismissed both times. She was told that the staff members were maybe tending to other children and could not calm our baby down immediately, although she explicitly told the manager they were on their cell phones when she walked in…all this after my wife was made to sign a zero tolerance cell phone policy during work hours.What my wife saw in her own classroom (pre-k) was not any better. The children are left to cry without being tended to. The staff seems to not like children or care about their well being. The neglect she witnessed in 4 hours in this child care center is very worrisome. If you have a child here, please make sure your child is getting the care they deserve or remove them from this place. It is very sad to see such little humanity in a child care center.

If you're looking for a fantastic daycare for your toddler, I highly recommend KinderCare at Kenilworth. As a parent, I've been thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that the staff provides to each child.One thing that stood out to me right away was the friendly and welcoming environment. The caregivers are warm and caring, always greeting each child with a smile and a hug. It's clear that they genuinely enjoy working with children and are passionate about what they do.Another aspect that impressed me was the wide range of activities offered for the children. Whether it's storytime, arts and crafts, outdoor play, or educational lessons, there's always something new and exciting for the kids to do. My child comes home every day with something new to share, and I can see that he's learning and growing every day.The facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The staff takes all necessary precautions to keep the children healthy and safe.Overall, I feel confident that my child is in good hands at KinderCare at Kenilworth. The staff is dedicated, caring, and attentive, and my child is happy and thriving under their care. I would recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a nurturing and stimulating environment for their child.

After a really bad experience with a day care in Kenilworth, KinderCare was like heaven for us and our kid. The organization, protocols, communication and curriculums are very good, the teachers are great and over all the environment is amazing. Our kid shows happiness going to the daycare and we are very glad to have him at Kindercare. We highly recommend it.

The best daycare experience I've ever had! As a parent, I have learned to not set my expectations too high for daycare-as long as my child was healthy and safe I would be okay. But let me tell you Kindercare Kenilworth goes well above and beyond my expectations. My child is treated like family-given A LOT of attention, support, understanding. They never yell, scream, or use "or else" discipline. Their discipline is based on guiding children to understand what happens and the different outcomes. Ex. Drop off-My scream yells and hollers. Kindercare response: [child name], everyday we go to school. Schools is where we learn. School is where we play with friends like [lists names] at the end of school mommy and daddy will pick you up. We will see you tomorrow." They understand it is a process and group effort. They will talk to me give me advice to help-not because I'm doing something wrong, but because they are experts-My child's teachers say: "this is a group effort." I never feel like as a parent, I NEED to advocate for my children. They advocate for us and bringing up the best children (tearing up as I write). I have to shout out Mrs. Marisol, Mrs. Veronica, and Mrs, Belkis. They are the best and sweetest teachers ever. Always smiling-even when it is tough. They say: "we love our job!" I am AMAZED by their dedication. I also have to shoutout the leadership. Mrs. Carolyne, Mrs. Shannon, Mrs Mel, and Mrs. Perla-You all give high quality care to our children and us. For that, I am so thankful. Thank you for showing love to my child's sibling. And yes I mean- love: high fives, questions about their day, and little treats around the holidays-yes to the child who does not attend. I have also become acquainted with teachers that my child does not even have: the ms. Stephanies, Ms. Noel, and Ms. Cristina. They are all so professional and sweet. Lastly, as a person of color, I REALLY APPRECIATE the calendar days dedicated to diversity: Hispanic Heritage Month, Black History Month, Women's History month, etc. What else do I have to say-A lot of things, but to end, I would HIGHLY recommend Kindercare at Kenilworth.

I just wanted to stop in and write a review about this wonderful childcare center. As a parent of a special needs child, I am incredibly appreciative of the fact that this center welcomes all types of children and doesn't discriminate. I have seen nothing but phenomenal teaching and patience with all the children in this classroom. I am thankful for the fact that this center honors IEP's and much more. I always see this building fully staffed, and that staff is genuinely happy to be there. I am beyond thankful for this center and the care my child receives here. I read a previous comment about this center that upset me and I wanted to reiterate that as a parent of a special needs child who attends this KinderCare, I am grateful beyond measure for KinderCare Of Kenilworth.

My son got viciously bitten by an autistic child in pre-discovery class not once but TWICE !Hit and kicked multiple times but the child get to stay The class is unsupervised knowing they have special needs kids I was left to deal with the trauma and bruises marks on my skin with just "I'm sorry "The child is of course get to stay and abused children because "he's unaware of what he's doing "Be aware !!!!!all they care about is money not the safety of the children that class doesn't have much supervision your child support will be vicious attack

Absolutely love this school. Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s amazing seeing my daughter get excited about going to school… Thank you Thank you a million times .. I’m so happy my daughter got to experience the wonderful staff..Ever since enrolling my kid I’ve seen many many improvements. I highly recommend sending your children to their child care Center. Such a great school with wonderful teachers. Definitely made the right choice by choosing this place!
