I reached out to John Klein from State Farm when I wasn't happy with my previous insurance carrier. He helped me every step of the way and with that, I had my mother switch to State Farm as well. I want to commend John for his exceptional customer service as he always went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I recently moved out of NJ so unfortunately I will have to switch to a FL office but I will miss John's holiday and birthday cards he sends every year. Keep up the great work John!!! Best of luck to you, your staff and your family.

I switched to Mr. John Klein after another State Farm agent told me that there was no way that I could keep my current policy. Despite short notice, John immediately started working on appeals and managed to get State Farm to reverse their decision and keep my policy. I felt like he cared very much and my frustration and anxiety about the situation was his frustration and anxiety. I am highly satisfied with his work.

I highly recommend John for all your insurance needs. He provided exceptional service when assisting with our home and auto insurance needs. Despite approaching him just 2 days before our policies expired, he efficiently handled the process and got the job done seamlessly. John's professionalism and dedication are truly commendable.

I went to State Farm in Kenilworth. I found the staff to be personable, friendly, caring and very knowledgeable about my insurance needs. Michael was extremely concerned in assisting me with the explanation about insurance. I'm happy with the experience at the office.

Can't recommend John highly enough. We're first-time home buyers and we called him for a quote. He spent hours on the phone with us walking us through what everything means, what each of the coverages included and excluded, and all the options for endorsements. Never pushed or pressured us into making a decision and encouraged us to shop around. Doesn't hurt to mention his rates were nearly 50% cheaper than our other quotes. Highly recommend.
