This is the premiere anime and fitness center for North Jersey. Mike and Mindy are fantastic people and even more knowledgeable instructors. They will make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. All the instructors will help you achieve your goals of becoming the new you and a positive and encouraging manner. Not to mention Mike was a superstar MMA fighter and teach you and then I better than anyone in the area!

The staff are world class in all ways personal and professional. The facility is top tier also! They have something for every single person who walk through the door. BJJ, Muay Thai, CrossFit, weights, sauna… list goes on. When your done with your workout stop by FamFit for your amazing post workout nutrition. Hurt? They even have a physical therapist. Never seen or been part of a facility like this before. I’m glad I get to call this place home and honored to train here. Mike and Mindy make all feel welcome!

When it was time for me and some of my previous gym community to find a new place to workout, we were nervous about finding our new normal. When we walked into Aesthetic Temple and took our first class we knew we did not only find our new gym, but our new home. Everyone at AT welcomed us with open arms! Everyone here is incredibly friendly, encouraging and the facility is beautiful and clean; what more could you want from a gym?! Hands down one of the highlights of 2020 for me. I’d recommend them time and time again.

This is one of the best communities you can join. The owners have set the perfect tone and created an environment where everyone will push each other to become the best versions of themselves. The members, facilities, coaches and programming are all unmatched. Once you stop in, you'll never want to leave!

Hands down, the best facility I’ve ever been a member of. The programming is top notch, the coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, the equipment is new and clean, and the facility is beautiful. Mike and Mindy are the heart of the gym, dedicating their lives to making Aesthetic Temple an enjoyable and meaningful experience for all members. They offer a wide variety of classes, from crosstraining and Olympic weightlifting to Brazilian JiuJitsu and Muay Thai. Jaz and Dave from FamFitLife offer pre and post workout shakes and teas, all located inside the facility. Aesthetic Temple is my second home.

Just had a great shake from Famfitlife Nutrition after a tuff workout. This place is conveniently located inside of A.T.I also enjoyed an amazing Banana Cream Pie w PB2. So Good!!! Check it out for yourself

One of the best facilities I have seen in a long time, the amenities are second to none, if your enthusiastic about fitness and wellness they literally have everything you need under one roof! I have been doing circuit training for about 8 years and my drop in class there was one of the most informative and challenging classes I have experienced in a long time. The coaches were encouraging and paid special attention to everyone in class. The Owners Mike & Mindy were extremely nice and their positive energy is well represented within the gym! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a home gym or if your just visiting from out of town for a drop in, trust me you will not be disappointed.

Amazing owners and facility, this place is huge, keeps on going. There are bathrooms for women, girls, men and boys, equipped with showers and anything you may need but forgot, ex. Hairdryer, spray deodorant etc.They offer several types of movement modalities, crossfit, ju jitsu, boxing, for adults & kids, and also offer meal prep-literally anything you need for a conscious lifestyle.We had the privilege to offer a yoga trapeze workshop at this spacious facility, afterwards we couldnt get clients to leave because they were admiring and taking photos of the artwork.
