I recently visited the UPS Store in Franklin Park, and I was impressed with the service. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and hassle-free. One of the standout features is the automated kiosk for returns, which is incredibly convenient and easy to use. It’s great to have the option to quickly drop off packages without waiting in line. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for efficient service and a seamless return process!

Really rude and unprofessionalRanjana at desk was first not present and then was angry and rude : she was looking for every exuse not to accept package ; unless some other associate helped out .

They r closed when it’s showing open in their website it’s showing close at 10pm at 8 o clock they r closed atleast u guys should edit ur timming I came from Bridgewater just because of timming
