“This morning I called around 8:30 & had a pleasant conversation with Gabby about getting an oil change. When I arrived, I was greeted by her and booked my appointment. Within 20 minutes my vehicle was on the lift and within the hour my oil change was done. I was then helped by Phil & Alan who let me know of an upcoming service that I need to get fixed asap. But Advanced auto center and the owner Manoj simply gained my trust by explaining everything in detail about the repairs and the issues which helped me making decisions. The car is a lease and they did not have the replacement tire. They put on the spare and recommended I see if the dealer had the tire. They did. And Mavis didn't charge me a penny. “I work in Highland Park, and my entire office referred Schwartz & Nagle to me when I asked about repairs for my car. The past couple of auto mechanics I had used were awful and pricey so I lost faith in them! S&N was able to take my car in right away and diagnose the issues, explain them and quote $ to me, and then fixed them ASAP! Like within a couple of hours! And the prices were unbelievably lower than other places. I now have a renewed faith in auto mechanics (well, as long as they are only from Schwartz & Nagle!) Thanks to Matt and his staff! Great job!”
“I had a very good experience with the service department. Randy has been my advisor for the past 7 years and always been great to deal with. I didn't have any issues with my vehicle but it's been a year since my last visit. Of course I needed an oil change and tire rotation which I had a coupon for, and the technician suggested a front end wheel alignment , brake fluid service and replace 3 serpentine belts. It took about 3 hours and it was done. I also accrued Reward points from prior service s and was able to apply them to the bill. A shout out to the guys who check you in at the door, all very nice.”

“We were going to have them replace a tire for us, but then something else happened to the car that they were unable to fix. So, we needed to tow the car to a dealership that could do all the work. They were very gracious about everything and refunded our deposit on the tire which we ended up not getting. They also allowed us to stay in the store after closing time to wait for the tow truck. This is the kind of thoughtfulness and consideration that makes for good business.”
“Was going 287 north today. Low tire pressure light came on & i pulled off next exit and i had a screw in my tire. Air going out quick. Google said yankis tire & auto repair was the closest. 5min away.I drove carefully over there and they were excellent. They took my tire off and plugged it up for $15.00.
