Absolutely terrible location. Machines are all extremely dated and VERY overpriced. $4.50 for small machines and $7+ for their “large” machines. When going to retrieve my clothes from the dryer at 7:45pm (15 minutes before close) I was told to not fold my clothes and to leave even though there was a sign that clearly said to be finished folding by 8:00pm!
Absolutely ridiculous, would never recommend this location. You’re better off cleaning your clothes in a bucket outside and hanging them to dry.

My shirt's button burned. This has happened for the second time. When I asked the counter person to have the owner call me to discuss it, the owner told the staff to tell me that I can go somewhere else. The owner does not have the courtesy to call and talk to the customer about corrective actions for the future.

I will never visit again or recommend anyone for dry cleaning. I gave my curtains for dry cleaning after dry cleaning my curtains looks fade and stains in the curtains did not goAnd for this kind of service they charged me $66.

I've been here alot over the years and most of the employees are nice with the exception of 1 or two. Hopefully they have humbled themselves by now. It's mostly quiet and peaceful here ++

The lady the works there on Sunday days could be a little bit nicer about closing hours .! I was there around 6:40 and she said to me everyone needs to be out of here at 8 cause we close at 8 .! Others were still there .!?The Indian guy the works there is the best.

Visited this laundromat for the second time due to my own washer breaking down. I had been here once before and knew last wash was at 7pm. Luckily, I had made it just before 7 and planned NOT to use the dryers. As I was seated and waiting, an employee asked me if I was the one who was using the certain machines, and I said yes. He told me I should not have used those machines past 6:30pm because they take a long time. The cycle I had chosen was 37 minutes, so I would have been finished much before the 8pm closing time. His tone was very rude and I won’t be returning.

Unfortunately the machines have mold and green stuff that contaminated my clothes and came out with bad smells. Their dryers burnt my clothes and customer service is very poorbto the least. Do not waste your money. Time, or your clothes!

Although I find the laundromat on the small side, I usually go to the laundromat on Finnegan lane, I just ensure I go there when not a peak time. The washing machines seem newer. The dryers dry my clothes rather quickly. I find this laundromat to be of good value. Also, I have read reviews that staff is rude. I would agree with this when I went there maybe two years ago, however, as of my recent trips I find the staff very helpful. So for now, this will be my place to go.

I have been going to this laundromat for many years. When the more recent owner took over, I was even more impressed. I bring my clothes in for them to do for me. They always get them finished on time and are always courteous and friendly to me. They have many machines and offer dry cleaning services as well.
