I use this branch's ATM occasionally. Convenient location.I've gone inside to the counter a few times too. The tellers were helpful and nice.

I went in and asked for both of my accounts to be closed. The lady that “helped” me only withdrew my money and didn’t actually close the account ??♀️??♀️??♀️

As soon as I walked in, the banker told me that they couldn’t help me because they are closing in 50 minutes!!. I went to Chase bank instead and got a more welcoming experience

I called the branch because I was interested in opening a business secured credit card. The associate who answered said they cannot Process business credit cards at the branch. I said Ok do I need a business account to do it online and she said no she said you can complete it without an account. She completely gave me the wrong information. I completed it online and never received a response so I finally called after almost 2 weeks of waiting got a response for them to tell me I needed a business account and they were unable to complete it. Now I will no longer complete the credit card or open an account so because of the associates misinformation Wells Fargo lost business. I am very unhappy

I was with a baby in my arms, I was waiting for over an hour, I gave preference to osvaldo's care, who seemed not to have the slightest desire to see me, he decided to beat me out of my tiredness, screwed up with a client until I left without solving my problem, I had to go back to pick up objects that I forgot, and osvaldo was no longer there. did not want to meet me. total disrespect to me and my daughter. congratulations oela unprofessional posture
