They keep their distance for safety and good customer service. They continue to improve security for the customer. Efficiency and quality and speed in service. Very good assistance and fast delivery of goods when we buy online. Fresh goods and quick access to the various essential products. They continue to improve the services. Well, today there was a 180-degree setback for Walmart because I was abused with words by a black woman who did not want to help me get Clorox products to disinfect our pool and then another employee Angela, in the cosmetics department, did not want to tell me who to go to for guidance on getting the aforementioned products. In short, the good customer service that is a symbol of Walmart collapsed for me today due to the actions of those two people.

I was unable to get all of my items at the location, located in Kerny NJ. Some items were locked up behind the glass,such as toothpaste, dove soap,and razor blades,which was annoying. I had to keep calling an store associates to unlocked the glass to retrieve a item and it was hard finding someone to open the glass.

came at exactly 10:50 and drove almost 20 minutes just to grab one thing and there’s an extremely rude lady telling me and my family that we could go in cause they’re closed… so if you close at 11 then close at 11 don’t close 10 minutes before cause no one’s gonna know that.. and she could have been way nicer about instead of telling everyone to turn back around and being disrespectful very unprofessional and then she’s laughing about it. won’t be coming to this walmart again
