Large Walmart. Somewhat hard to find things because it's so large. Has bathrooms though one of them was out of order. Low prices. Lines weren't too bad. Crowded. Large parking lot shared with many other stores. Their website's glitchy and hard to use.

I, along with a couple of my companions, did venture into the marketplace with the intent of procuring a volleyball. Lo and behold, we were accosted by three stout guards who declared us banned from the establishment, despite none of us ever having set foot in this Walmart afore. Their demeanor was most uncouth, for they spake not a word in answer to our queries, and did deny us the purchase of the coveted volleyball. I do believe that we were owed at the very least an explanation, for never in our lives had we trespassed upon this Walmart's threshold!

This location has everything but the customer service doesn't make it inviting or welcoming. Ive started to drive farther out for a better experience. They're always rude and unavailable. During my entire experience here Ive only witnessed one worker go above and beyond to assist me in finding an item. Every other time, they're either clueless, fraternizing with other employees, or incognito. I cant stand this Walmart.

I'm not sure how the store and regional management (if the role/person exists) of the Kearny, NJ store can keep their jobs. This store is mismanaged, to say the least. If you are unlucky enough like I have with them many times, they won't pack your order in time and therefore products become unavailable and they substitute the products with a more expensive replacement. They will reschedule your order when they think it's best or they just don't show up. They have drivers showing up and the orders are not ready; and if you're lucky and you actually get your order, if you told them to use bags, they don't. My advice, use and order from another store.

This super center is full of young kids managing the place. It's always someone stealing and a mess plus things are always plugged. And the management and cashiers are horrible not to mention the costumers are mostly ghetto. They let a lot of people steal and not even

For unsuspecting users of Walmart's online services. If you order an item for a specific delivery date and then suddenly get a notice, OUT OF STOCK, just cancel it because Walmart will make a unilateral decision to change the date for your order and then without you knowing it, authorize to TIP a driver who gets paid by this company additional money for delivery. The website makes it difficult to cancel the order once it has been placed leaving the customer to figure out how to reach anyone to cancel the order immediately. This is a tactic used and allowed by companies in this country which gets worse by the minute each day. I will no longer order from this company online, as I find it hard to believe a company this size could not realize its stock at the time of the order. So buyer beware....greed exceeds need once again by corporations.

I'm only giving it a 1 star bc you can't rate zero. So the last week of May I did some shopping at Walmart. It was my few days before my birthday and few days before I lost the best Uncle who raised me as his daughter by a hit and run murderer so I wasn't in the best happy place. As I proceeded to use scan and go to pay for my almost $300 of my hard own money to pay the system automatically went down. I was told by an employee that they were shutting me down for STEALING. I requested a manager a very, rude and unprofessional shift front desk manager approached and talked extremely rude and condescending. They took my cart while whole time I'm being embarrassed and take my cart to a isolated lane where they rescanned all my well organized groceries I had bc I need to have a process since I'm currently doing chemo. By the way I did not touch the cart to move it to the new location. They are ringing up the total I'm calling corporate. it was a hurtful experience at the wrong time in my life. Months later a Roy and Matt reached out but I have returned their calls several times. They have not called back since the initial call back. I will make it my business to post my horrific experience on ad many SN as possible.

Bought online to pickup from the store....order cancelled an hour before my supposed arrive...called the store multiple times to find out the delivery... very unprofessional and rude they hung me up 3 times....NEVER ANYMORE

Regular degular Walmart! This one is quite big and they probably have whatever you need + more of what you don't. I was able to find a nice employee who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Parking lot was quite full but no line at the self checkout made leaving a breeze.

Very aggressive mean people pushing each other, smelling like weed, and have no manners. The customer service at Walmart is also so bad and the agents yell at you and they the whole store is a chaos. If you stand in line they yell at you to go stand in a bother long line for all registrars. The worst mess I've ever seen. People have no manners in this area and are very ghetto. Don't come here.

You have to go before 11 am and definitely do not go the first week of the month. If you go before 11 you'll have an easier time getting around and finding what you need.

I travel a lot so I'm very familiar with Walmarts all over the country. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any Walmart bar none. The store was packed and overcrowded, parking was nonexistent, every single fridge was empty of products and there wasn't much inventory on the shelves either. If I could give zero stars I would.

Went to Walmart for a sound bar and a 4k hdmi cord for my 82inch TV I just brought and when I walked in Walmart it was crowded as all get out..lol I knew what I was looking for so I knew I'd be in and out..As I get to the home theater section there were employees sanitizing the area,shelves, counters, the whole section I'd say..they had employees helping customers and even tho they were cleaning they didn't miss a beat..an employee helped me wit getting the things I needed and took them to the counter where a nice lady rung me up and she was very nice, as I was leaving I couldn't decide on what sound bar I wanted so b4 I left I went back to get the one I chose and they had no problem helping me once again and a manager took my order cause the other employees were assisting other customers...this place is always packed but they are very good with customers service and they get you in and out and that's why this is one of my favorite Walmarts to come come..

I actually really like this Walmart. As long as you don't come during the first week of the month you'll find what you need. They carry many of the healthy options I look for. First week of the month, expect a big crowd! & long lines

Always out of stock for basic items, crowded and busy 24/7. Lack of cashiers, and no employees to ask where something is (understandable). I would rather go to other locations like the one in Union or my favorite in Secaucus, NJ if you have the time and gas money. The only redeemable quality about this place is that it is more convenient to the Newark/Jersey City area and is open later that most supermarkets/stores.
