It's been about 4 days, called my doctor thinking he didn't put my prescription through. Nope,, Walgreens had to order them and I'm getting them up to one week late. No phone call, no text from Walgreens. Unacceptable. Sticking to local family owned pharmacies. These corporations don't care about our health.

I contacted the pharmacy at 12:30 pm to have them fill my prescription, waited on hold for 30 min, it's now 4:15pm I'm at the pharmacy and still not ready, I'm waiting again. Where's management? 4x prescriptions. 2x they had and the other 2x they didn't. SO why would you tell me it would be ready in an hour

I felt discriminated against in this pharmacy, I went early to take some photos and I thought that the best place was Walgreens without thinking that CVS is closer to me and despite everything CVS has always been my first option. But I wanted to go to Walgreens because I saw that there was a Hispanic woman who could help me. Bad option. Because she ignored me and I didn't cooperate. Her name is “Ester” I called her on several occasions and she didn't pay attention to me. The worst thing is that I help the girl who was next to me explain it to her but then when she passed by me she ignored me. It's a shame that Walgreens hires people who discriminate for speaking Spanish. In conclusion, I will not return to that pharmacy again.

I have nothing but pleasant experience at the Walgreens. The store is spacious and clean and the workers are pleasant. They often have sales items. I love coming here so much I probably come here once a week at least just to peruse.

From what I can see rudeness at this location is not new, I hesitated a little bit to leave a comment, but I shall, I am a nurse that requires to use FedEx services for express pick ups, these packages are sealed obviously because they contain specimens allowed by FedEx to be shipped and of course dropped of at Walgreens locations, I went to drop of a package and one of the kids up front by the register, grabs the package as if disgusted by it, didn’t want to touch the bag, and called over a lady (the rudest one of all) saying that they no longer allow packages “like mine” to be dropped off, and for as much as I was upset I ended up walking away, I’ve yet to complain to FedEx about this location. There’s several NURSES doing work at patient homes that require us to use closer drop off locations either labs or FedEx and Authorized locations, and I hope that they can UNDERSTAND the importance of this, also that the specimens are so well packed that the outside packaging is never contaminated, so please, no need to hesitate about touching the package.Ps: next time a specimen gets delay due to the lack of competence, I will make them responsible for the liability of these specimens for not taking the package.

Their line to pay is always ridiculously. Store is never opened on time they’re constantly opening the store late. It’s supposed to open @ 8:00am, there’s some days that is 8:20am & they’re still close. You would catch their own employees waiting for the person with the key to open. Beside that this Walgreens is convenient bc of the parking.. Sucks that their employees be running late constantly.

I will write the phone call for reference “Hello, I was informed that you guys have diabetes medication, I’m close by and wanted to confirm”-“What’s the medication”“ the medication is —“-“Oh yes, we do have one but I am saving it for someone else”“I’m sorry I don’t understand, has the prescription been filled and someone is going to get it?”-“no but this is a customer I know, a regular and I am saving it for them”“I am very sick, I can barely keep my eyes open, I am actually parked outside..”“So you are saying that if I come in right now with my prescription- despite y“u having the medication you decide ‘save it’ for someone else who is not here, who didn’t leave the prescription?”-“yes, I get the struggle but I am not going to give it to you and that’s it”“So it’s not first come first serve, you can pick and choose who to give it to regardless of prescriptions? This is not right!”-“we’ll I’m not going to give it to you *hangs up*This is how Walgreens pharmacy runs their business. Picking and choosing who gets life saving medication.

This Pharmacy is unorganized and unreliable. My mom is running out of medication tomorrow, 7/4/23 - I ordered her medications to be shipped through the store's website on 6/26/23. I spoke to the Pharmacist on 6/30/23 because we still haven't gotten the medication. They gave me a FedEx tracking # to follow the order.My mom received a text today, 7/3/23, saying that the medication is ready to be picked up. I called the Pharmacy - the Pharmacist stated that the medication was NOT shipped and is ready to be picked up.Customers are trying to do the right thing by staying adherent to medications! But how can they do that if the Pharmacy is not cooperating!

Store manager and assistant manager D are very rude to the costumers . Line is always too huge , you get wait 15 min to until you purchase. Didn’t find what I’m looking for . Always shortage of stuff . I don’t recommend this location

Most of the time the workers are really kind to me and I feel extremely welcome, although I was at the Walgreens earlier and two workers gave me a hard time and practically accused me of not paying for my item. I showed them the cashier I bought it with and they still had to ask her whether I bought it or not, it put me in an uncomfortable position and changed my feelings towards the employees.
