To say that this was an unacceptable experience would be an understatement. We went in to get our cat's nails clipped because we get nervous doing it at home. The woman had US hold the cat while she proceeded to cut his nails extremely short and make him bleed. One nail continued to bleed from 11 AM to 4 PM. She looked at us and said it "happens all the time" and complained about people who demand their money back when their animals get hurt while grooming. NO ONE who cares about their animals should take them here.

made my dog look amazing!edit: so whatever shampoo was used on my dog caused so much dryness he built a rash that was really bad that it led me to take my dog to our original dog groomer and they gave him an oatmeal bath which after a few days of observation he was doing much better! i regret taking my dog here!

Do not take your pet here. I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! Upon arriving at the facility I noticed that there were crates EVERYWHERE. Dog are getting dried in the crates as well as overheating. I told the groomer that my dog has allergies and is loosing hair around her eyes and she showed me an ointment used for humans. UNBELIEVABLE. I wish I was making this up but I am not. Keep in mind my dog is a shorthair dog and only needed a bath and ear cleaning as well as nails. They took 3 1/2 hours with no call or update. I had to go there to see if she was ready. When picking her up she was very scared. She was afraid when I went to put on her harness. She was not acting the same. Crying too. I will not be returning back here ever again. You should be ashamed of yourself and your company.

Horrible place,looks like a hole in the wall,they are very disorganized,took my pup there at 9:00am first one there and they called me at almost 5pm,a whole day in there locked up,makes no sense. Now they have a new girl there experimenting grooming with dogs. Never again.

My previous groomer I’ve used for 3 years moved away and I was stuck scrambling to find a new spot. After some research and reviews I took a chance with Top Breed. They have a customer for life, no joke. My 2 cockapoos Fudge and Ginger look sooo amazing I was impressed (&they are not the easiest to groom) so thank you! Very loving and caring people.
