“I make meat/chicken orders at Prime One a few times a year (I don’t live in or near Passaic). The meats are top quality and always fresh!! Shia is extremely knowledgeable about every cut of meat and his recommendations are always on target!
Last week I made a large shabbos order from Gourmet One (the deli counter). The new chef is great! The food was fresh and delicious!! The brisket in mushroom sauce was outstanding! Was disappointed that I only took one container of the fruit mix/compote - we didn’t have enough! Everyone wanted doubles!

“I ordered an Italian cheese steak and it was too seasoned and salty that I couldn’t finish it after a few bites. However, the meat portion and size of the sandwich I would go back but ask them not to put the seasoning. I don’t think it is terrible I just had that one experience and it was nice and clean inside. Which is why I gave it 4 stars.”
“Friendly atmosphere! They had a everything and more reminiscent of my trips to Albania. Fresh meats, they also a variety of Burek, sallam sheep cheese olives. Can't wait to go back and get the sweets such as Kadaif!”

“Matko boska! The selection and prices here are very good. I will return to this establishment and Polish district overall. I would however check the expiration date on things to make sure they aren't already expired before you buy. I bought about 50 items and I only found 1 or 2 that were expired but a few that would be expiring within the next 60 days. The other problem here is the lady that works there is from the communist Poland era so don't expect any good customer service skills. She seems annoyed at having to work here and isn't willing to help much, probably didn't get any Biden bucks.”
“Aldi advertises refund plus replacement for purchased item that did not meet your expectation. This is a marketing slogan more than an actual guarantee that would ever work in practice due to unwritten rules you will find out when it is too late. The vast majority of items are good quality and hardly anything ever has to be returned.”

“My frequent go-to for tacos in Bloomfield. The carnitas are not shredded but instead tender chunks, with just the right density and a lovely crispy outside. Always very flavorful. Cilantro, onions, a little lemon - consistent, affordable, and very delish.I also recommend the birria tacos that they serve on occasion, but you may want to call ahead to confirm as I believe it's not a daily item.I'll update with pictures as soon as I have the patience to not inhale my food immediately. “Delivered a couple pallets of beef here. The area is tight but doable for 53' and sleeper cab. I recommend taking NJ-27 south and turning right on Alina Street, then right on Travers Avenue. Pull up along the green metal fence until your trailer doors are pretty much at the fence door, and then ring the bell at 8am to unload. Avoid turning right on Virginia Street because cars are parked on both shoulders and that road has a steady flow of traffic.”

Some prices are higher than larger markets but others are not and some are sharper and fresher than Whole Foods or Shop Rite.
