I tried to get a birthday cake here and the cakes were incorrect. I kept trying to tell them
that the cake was incorrect and the employees were extremely rude. What a terrible experience this was and a waste of money!

Disappointed with this store selling chicken that is expired. I do not recommend buying this chicken in this store because it is good on the top and when you turn it over it is green and damaged. I returned it to the store and they only told me sorry I hope they remove it from where they have it so that no one is affected. Obviously they gave me my money back but they should not sell that chicken like that.

Nice and clean all the food is update and all the workers are very nice and the manager that are walking around was very nice and polit. Best Shoprite every.

Ordered my mom a cake here and when received design was incorrect. My mom noticed the butter cream soft but brought it to me to see if it was fixable. All layers of the cake were shifting and the cake its self was still warm. in the summer a warm cake does not stand a chance. When i called the store to ask for a refund now that i have a sideways cake that looks like a sad stack of pancakes; first i my call was dropped about 3 times then store manager karim with out asking for information on my order automatically started raising his voice and saying he was not helping because i needed to return to the store. Had he spoken in a matter that made me feel like he was actually trying to help me with my concern i would of tried to at-least go to the store. But being said no with no sense of care is ridiculous then to raise your voice when i was speaking in a normal tone is diabolical behavior. Cake in the right was the design requested cake on the left is their work.

I really like this store, it is definitely adequate, it is well stocked, high attendance on weekends, Monday to Friday, but mornings are calmer. Regarding food, it has a lot of variety, they also have Latin products, the meat area is very varied, fruits and vegetables you will find whatever you want...ample parking and they have security personnel that makes the place more reliable...

The prices of the food are EXPENSIVE. Even worse this employee named Belinda is rude to my mom because she is Hispanic and whenever she goes to pay for her items, Belinda always says aggressively, ARE YOU SURE YOU ARE NOT ROBBING. Belinda also leans over to check my moms cart to see if she is not robbing things. But to other people, she does NOT lean over to check things and say things to them. Once, Belinda even accused my mom of robbing in FRONT of ME, Belinda also accuses the wrong people who are not robbing

My experience at the checkout was horrible. The cashier besides the one checking me out didn’t respect personal space. I had my 1 yr old sitting in the shopping cart and my niece was playing a video for her on my phone. My 1 yr old was getting exciting by the show( Ms. Rachel) and was laughing & shouting and interacting with the show. This cashier that was to the right of us decided because my child shouted at the part in the show that tells kids to scream b/c they saw an alligator. The Cashier was darkskinned like me idk if she was Black too or darkskinned Hispanic she didn’t have an accent so I’m assuming Black, thought it was okay to enter my baby’s personal space and poke her with her finger on her arm. After I told her “please don’t do that I don’t like that” she enters my child personal space again and says oh see I didn’t touch her I did this and puts her finger 1/2inch from her. First off my child is watching Ms. Rachel she doesn’t care about acknowledging some stranger. Second off this employee needs reprimanding and some sort of coaching because she’s in the wrong. If it was a grown woman that laughed or shouted loudly next to her she wouldn’t of put her hands or fingers anywhere close to their personal space. Lastly Im going to write a letter to the ceo of shoprite and when I get the chance go back to that store to speak with the store manager. I had to leave that day to make it to a birthday party and didn’t have time to get a manager. But that situation couldn’t of turned for the worst, idk if she thought because I’m Black too it was okay but if I had the time yesterday (4/27/24) it could of been a completely different scenario. The time on my reciept shows 4:44pm so this happened between 4:38-4:44pm. The receipt info shows S166 R11 T172 C608 you can rewind your tapes my child had a light gray cardigan and I have black curly hair and my niece was in a blue jacket. Not once did she apologize or anything just downplayed it and then wanted me to move out her way so she can get her out booth.

Please do something about these dumpsters , it is very dirty and the garbage blows everywhere . Would be nice to have it relocated to the opposite side please .
