I've lived in this town for over 20 years now and I swear the quality and service of this quickchek REALLY hit rock bottom. Staff and quality of food are the two biggest problems here. Firstly the food isn't always freshly prepared. I see them over the counter and they don't do a good job preparing subs anymore. Only one person working the food stand (which btw looked like they were on drugs) at night while a couple in front of me was waiting for their drinks meanwhile I waited 20 minutes, 20 FREAKING MINUTES for a 6" vegetarian cold sub which shouldn't take more than 5 minutes even if there were 2 other people in front of me. The night staff is full of lazy, rude, incomprehensible workers who like to say stuff under their breath. We have people who desperately need a job and we're letting people who don't give a damn work over the counter stoned out of their minds. This is outrageous! This place needs BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!

Just got off the phone with one of the workers and she was MAD rude. They didn’t put one of my items in the bag that i paid for ahead of time & when i called to let them know, she answered with “What” and when i told her what happened she said “okay that’s not our problem”. i ordered through uber eats but THEY forgot to put the item in the bag, not uber. so yes, it is your problem which is why i contacted the store.

usually when i get things from quick check, its always made right. today just wasn’t that day. its clearly written that i wanted avocados on my sandwich and all this lady gave me was so much ham and mayo.

Be cautious on disturbing the night crew worker from his smoke breaks, while the deli that is visually shown busy with one cook. As I have an inquire of waiting 20+ minutes and conducting a starting contest with the cashier, I asked about the order. He states she’s only one person either she calls for the order or bring up to the front. Even though that’s not what I asked at all, as it is obvious by his tone. Yet I had no sense of urgency. I just wanted to assure he remembers my order pickup, since he seems occupied from the moment I arrived. After that interaction multiple people arriving for their orders, piling the cash register. I ask the cook and she assured me it’s almost done, no problem take your time. She assisted another driver order information before presenting mine towards the front. As she’s able to multitask and still be able to remain resilient. My order was delicious though, the cook is carrying the store.

Went in today and have to go back because they forgot to put tomatoes on both sandwiches and cheese on one… both cashiers were having a personal conversation and couldHave not care less about the people in line … horrible quick check deff not worth coming into it … they don’t even have selfCheckout and looks a bit dirty … horrible service
