This is the best pharmacy I have found, we needed a specialized pediatric prescription filled and no other pharmacy would take the order. They go out of their way to fill our prescription on time every month. They even help bring it out to the car if needed. I am grateful for this pharmacy and will always recommend it.Thank you Midtown Pharmacy !!!

I have used Midtown Pharmacy for 20+ years and always have had a wonderful experience. They are responsive to any and all questions, always willing to help in any way they can, will make ever effort possible to provide you the best customer service, and take time to get to know their clients amd their needs. I recently moved 20+ minutes drive away (that is on a good day) and tried to go with a chain pharmacy. The two times I used the chain pharmacy I had issues including a rude pharmacist and being hung up on several times. Needless to say I am going back to Midtown for all my medication needs. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Pharmacist is the most nasty and rudest person I've ever dealt with. We used that pharmacy since I was a child and after having to deal with this ignorant & arrogant man that calls himself the Pharmacist... I'd never step foot in that place again

Excellent pharmacy with very friendly staff. I moved to Lyndhurst but I continue to come to this pharmacy in Kearny because of their great service. You get personalized service, whereas at cvs you are just another customer they want to get out the door as fast as possible, which means nobody ever knows you by name. Horrible service!! They forgot to used my coupon for my meds which I called and gave All the information they needed, but then the guy who works there ( he seems like the owner ) told me I should brought the original coupon!!!!! But everything too late my coupon expired I have to apply again which took me whole month to replied !!!! And he never admitted it that they made mistakes and yelled at me said: if you do not satisfied you can change pharmacy!!!!! He doesn't care their clients at all !!! The worst service ever!!!!

I have been getting my prescriptions filled at Midtown for many years however something has obviously changed with the pharmacists quality of work I had 2 prescriptions sent over to them when I picked up the prescriptions there was clearly some neglect. First there was no paper with the interactions or descriptions of drug and the the same label was on bothmedications one a spray one a liquid I had to go back and the pharmacist seemed to brush it off as Human error. Really aren't you regulated to do the correct thing such as read a label before placing it on medicine well I got the labels put on but guess what no paperwork describing drugs.There is plenty of competition in this town and people have many choices where to get prescriptions filled with these errors

Amazing staff, so helpful. And the main thing is price. Big difference when you spend $340 out of pocket in CVS . and you find same prescription for $45 . What kind scam we are living in.

I have been a customer for over 16 years, and they are hands down the best pharmacy I've ever done business with. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgable, and they will go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. The pharmacists will patiently and thoroughly answer any and every question you have in a very courteous, professional manner. They also accept basically every insurance out there, and will even deliver the medicine to your home if you are unable to leave the house.Franchises/chain store pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens are not reliable and don't care about their people as much as the staff at Midtown does.Thank you Midtown for your A++ service all these years! =)

I moved to kearny in 1993 and use midtown pharmacy no matter what pharmacy chain comes to this town . I believe in supporting small businesses for 29 i was a loyal customer until today. Stop by went to the counter with a couple prescription. I have told the young girl at the counter that i don't have health insurance and my doctor has told me that one prescribed item could be too expensive she told me it wasn't. In the most polite way I asked if I could get a quote. Never thought at 53 years old i would be treated like that. She couldn't even force herself to be pleasant showing how irritated she was. Told me to go to the other side and would be a while till she could do it. I was taking by surprise. After a few seconds I thought after almost 30 years that's how loyal customers are treated. I went back said changed my mind . She said no problem would not even look in my face gave my prescriptions back. There so many pharmacies in town i don't think she realizes that. NEVER GOING BACk

I used to go to Walgreens but for the last year or so I find it quicker and better prices here! Give it a try, you might feel the same!
