The customer service here was very friendly. The manager in particular went above and beyond. She answered my inquiries about a specific item over a call and helped me load some larger items into my car the next day when I went there.

The store is ok, but the store manager is terrible. She knows how to power over rather than serve the customers. She doesnt respect but quickly disregard the customer. I posted this review but kept being deleted certainly by her. Terrible.

I am a regular customer from Marshalls. I buy here at least every 2 weeks. I don't have issues in this store, but yesterday 04/30/24, was a different day. I was trying on a dress and when I returned it back to the employee, in a disrespectful manner, she told me "YOU MUST PUT IT BACK AS YOU FOUND IT". I was confused so I asked what she meant. Without asking me politely or even greeting me, she just gave me an attitude, "THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU FOUND IT". Very disappointed. People like that don't want to work. All they do is scare customers away.

Store is good but terrible, unfriendly, disgusting store manager. Check before leaving the casher if you have right items in the bag and receipt. Unless that, you will be easily fooled.

Terrible return process. Sells me item without tag. Then gives me hard time when the other items say two piece but sold one piece only. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
