The AV setup was easy to use, and having coffee, snacks, and drinks readily available throughout the day made things run even smoother. The location was also super convenient, just a short walk from our hotel, which our team really appreciated. The WorkSocial staff went above and beyond in ensuring that everything was taken care of, from clearing trash regularly to helping with meals. We were impressed by their support and attention to detail, and we’ll definitely be back for future events!”

“I ran in right before closing, at around 6:28, was having trouble getting QR code for an Amazon return. The clerks were respectful, patient and helpful and kept the store open a few minutes late. They helped me find the QR code and package one of the packages correctly. Much better than other shipping service store clerks around town. Would definitely recommend. The appreciation just can't be put in words.”

“I'm more than elated to give this store a 5 Star review in hopes that corporate sees this about DUANE . He is an incredible, kind, soft spoken articulate and a multitasker. I needed copies of documents and photos for Superior Court. Not a large order but I figured I would get this done Sunday afternoon before closing and be all ready for Tuesday. This store has a HUGE following . Of course at that hour everyone wants to be first and hopes they will get service . Just AMAZING ! Another customer also commented on Duane's efficiency. I know hard work when I see it. Good going !”

“The workers were super helpful and patient with me. I like that there is a parking lot and shopping carts (for the Acme). I used their scale to check the weight of my package and also needed a little extra time to pack up (tape, attach label, etc). I was with my two kids and the patrons were all nice and extra considerate to me. I will come back here in the future.”

“Nicest workers in any of the UPS stores I’ve been to. I used to be in Bergen county and moved to Essex county recently. Most UPS stores have had rude employees to be honest, but both here and the location in Bloomfield have kind, friendly employees with good customer service skills. Raj just helped me with an Amazon return and it was easy peasy. 10/10 recommend this Belleville location & kudos to Raj for being so sweet.”

willing to explain and help makes an impact on your day. I use this store of every shipping need I have and they are always professional, cordial, patient, and best of all human. The team here will interact with customers and each other as they get through their lines. It makes waiting in line - which happens occasionally - so much easier. If you need help they are quick to resolve your issue, explain the solution in a direct but kind way.”
“This UPS location is the absolute best. I've been coming here about two years now. The staff is always polite, professional and helpful. I live closer to another UPS store but I drive a little out of my way to this location because of their customer service. However, I had a recent experience (October 2024) with the manager's wife that surprised me. He and she are of Asian descent. The other two staff members were busy with other customers, but she wasn't. She kept glancing at me but would not assist me. A white gentleman walked up and she immediately serviced him. That really surprised me, but I guess it really should not have given people are people and will show you how they feel about you by their actions. I actually spoke to the manager about his wife's behaviour but he keep assuring me her actions weren't what I thought they were. He really didn't know what to say because he kept repeating himself and could not explain why she did what she did. lol Overall, this is a really good location. I just ignore the manager's wife when I see her...and him, too. lol”

Store itself is also always nice and clean with minimal wait time due to efficiency of the staff.

“I come here all the time and never have any issues. I’m not sure why some people don’t realize that when it says 'Customer Packed,' it means you need to pack your item in a shipping box or bag. It even tells you to package and seal your item before selecting the UPS option. Today, I saw a customer being rude to an associate, but the associate stayed calm and respectful. Big props to them for handling it so well!”

“Yesterday I dropped off a package at UPS for a USPS pickup. In conversation the young man said the packages wouldn’t be picked up until the following day. When I got home I realized I accidentally left something in the box that wasn’t supposed to be in there. I was in a panic all night. I went back to the store in the morning when they opened at 8:30am. When I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Daisy. I explained to her what happened and she reassured me she would check, I described the box and gave her my ID. she found the box in 2 seconds!!! she really was so kind and helpful and definitely an asset to this store.
Daisy was alone and helping 4 customers. Between a customer printing, another one sending out packages and picking up packages and myself who needed to find a package that was already dropped off, she handled it all with grace and a smile on her face. She has great customer service with everyone and am very grateful she was able to help me. Thank you Daisy!!”
“This review is a shout-out to Clemy, who went well above and beyond for me during what was a busy time in the store. I had trouble with some packing issues, and she was kind enough to locate an extra box they had in the store that did just the trick. Without her assistance, I would have been standing there in line, looking lost, without a solution. Unbeknownst to her, I was having what we call "a day" and her act of kindness turned it around. Just when you think customer service is a lost cause, someone like Clemy comes along and makes a difference :)
My interactions with other employees in the store has been meh, but to be completely fair, this is a very busy location in a neighborhood spot that has to have a mix of frustrating (and potentially dangerous) clientele.”
