I went to Lucio because I needed my favorite leather jacket stitched. He did an excellent job for a fair price. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Consumer Beware Ruined my shoes!!! A 4 year customer ending my relationship with this business. Owners behavior has become unprofessional and blatant disrespectful. Workmanship has declined.Dropped off a pair of new, 1 time worn tuxedo shoes and when I returned to pick up 5 days later they were not done and noticed they were coated with some unknown type of residue . Owner wouldn't tell me what he did and asked me to return later. Upon next return the residue was still apparent and when asked this time, Lucio responded by yelling at me, telling me to clean myself as it was too tough for him. I then asked again for him to clean appropriately since the shoes did not come in that way. He proceeded to scream at me in another language and put paint thinner on shoes.My wedding shoes ruined after one use, directly because of this business.

Lucio is great and very professional. He took on my custom job and gave it back completed in a few hours. He is the person I will go to for all my shoe and tailoring needs.

Lucio is a gem, he’s an incredibly sweet man who will do whatever he can to fix what you give him for an incredibly low price. I punctured a hole all the way through a pair of boots worth almost $700 dollars and 2 other shoe repair places told me there was nothing they could do. Lucio fixed them in 2 hours and charged me $7 and was going back and forth with me when I insisted he take more. Places like this are few and far between today, you want someone you trust for stuff like this. He’s the man, he does it all!

Not sure why the some have negative reviews. This is the sweetest man. He fixed my wallet while I was there and he didn’t even charge me for it. All he asked if I need home again to come back. People trust him with their most expensive shoes and purses I saw Louie Vuitton and Gucci bag and shoes. I thank this gentleman for his work. He only takes cash.

I love this place ! Not only the owner is so friendly and nice , but he has fixed sandals, high heels, snow boots , etc . ,saving myself money . Also it's a good way to keep using shoes that need a little fix, instead of throwing them away , extending their use . So don't throw your shoes before asking Lucio if they can be saved :)

The owner is extremely generous. My sandal had snapped and i was near by so i went in to get it fixed. He noticed i didn't have anything else to wear so he gave me brand new shoes i could use. 30 mins later when I went to pick it up i wanted to pay with card as I was did not know he only took cash he told me to come by the following day to pay and bring his shoes back. The kindness that man has is amazing. Will definitely recommend!

Do not bring your dry cleaning here. I brought over a hundred dollars of dry cleaning to the guy and all he did was wash my shirts in a washing machine. How do I know? A brand new shirt of mine came back ruined with bleeding colors. Dry cleaning would not have caused that. A dishonest location best avoided.

Took a medium size victorinox duffel bag to have 2 zippers replaced, he wanted $65‼️ The bag only cost me $30. I felt this was excessive.

Mr Lucio is very friendly and very good in what he does, he gave good recommendations and is the only shoe repair shop in town.
