A few years ago I sold them an engagement ring and the jeweler bought the diamond but gave me nothing for the platinum ring it was set in and kept it. Extremely unethical, take your business elsewhere.

Not very professional. Entered the store and didn’t even get acknowledged. Owner was having a full blown conversation ( a good 15 mins) with another customer who was already done with her transaction and just left me standing there like I wasn’t going to be a paying customer: I will take my business elsewhere. Plenty of good and professional jewelers in Kearny.

Scammers! I bought a ring many many years ago told it was gold (white). I since the moved to Spain and I don't use the ring,I thought I would sell it since the price of gold went up. Confirmed with two jewelry stores here that it is silver and not gold. I am horrified!

The store itself is great, the people are knowledgeable and I have never had a bad experience there. My son recently got engaged and he was giving his Great Grandmothers wedding ring to the girl. We had it sized and they cleaned the ring up like it was brand new. All my life I never saw that ring look so beautiful. My only gripe with the store is it is never open when they say they are open. I always look on google and it says they are open so I go there and they are always closed. I recently had some work done there on two other pieces of jewelry and was told to come on that Wednesday to pick up. I went on Wednesday, twice, once in the morning and once in mid afternoon, they were closed. I had to wait until the following week to get my things. Same thing today, I needed something fixed and looked to see when they were going to open, I went about an hour after they were suppose to open and the gates were closed. I think this place is fantastic but I am going to be forced to look for a different place because I just can not keep playing this open/closed tag.
