I've had my oil change done at this place for years. Not anymore. A ton of upsell for things that aren't needed. I know my car well. First, was told that I needed new rotors, then was told I needed new brakes, then that I need a flush. SMDH!!! On top of everything, I always use the quarts from the bottle. I asked...no more bottles? I was told no. Then that recycled oil from the drum was used without asking for my consent. The technician told me it's the same oil as the bottles. Dude has NOOOOOO idea what he's talking about. IT ISN'T THE SAME as the bottle. In fact, it's somewhat darker. It's recycled oil. I ended going somewhere, where technicians don't upsell and aren't idiots. If you decide to go here for an oil change, be very weary.

I have 2 monthly accounts for Lava. The workers DO NOT vaccum correctly, and after several suggestions to vaccum between the center consoles and the trunk, they keep failing to do so.
It seems that they just want to do a "rush job" and have been a member for approximately 1 year. This is a no-go for me. Some other car wash can and will get my money and tips.
My message to the OWNER: FIX YOURSELF or I can head to Newark for cheaper and WAY BETTER attention to detail - no rush jobs + tips.

I love the service!! I really appreciate the collaboration of the staff and the help they provide me. My car looks beautiful when they wash it. I changed the oil 3 years ago and it has worked very well. I congratulate all the employees.

I went to change my oil on my Jeep gran Cherokee and they broke the oil cooler housing and decline to take responsibility because they said the filter was too hard to loose .. Will never go there and win recommend it at all .. They don’t even aloud time for burn oil to drain out ..They need new management and more experience mecánica who take pride in their job .. They have not respected for Costumes.. Ownership is missing out on the corruption going on under their feet …

I have been a customer for over 7 years. This is the third time an employee has broken my phone holder, and when I report it to his supervisor he says: "I'm sorry". In every "I'm sorry" I have to pay $25 for a new cell phone holder. ??♂️

Hello guys, If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. I haven't had the chance to write this review, but I need to make sure other clients don't have this bad experience . This incident occured on April 20, 2024. I took my wife's car 2019 QX 50 Infiniti for a car wash. The car went through their car wash and it came out with a broken left taillight. The manger wrote an incident report and I also called Kearny police.Long story short, This place stated that they were not responsible, for the damage , therefore they would not fix my car. I do not recommend this place no accountability, or good customer service. I wish I could have attached the incident report but I misplaced it , all I have is the officer card. In addition, I have been going to this new car wash across the bridge called , BELLEVILLE CAR WASH, I recommend this car wash.

Quick and fast…honestly I have to take my good review back. Extremely disappointed with the past few times, Got a full service for the first time and came back to the exact same stains and dust in my car.

My family & I have been going to Kearny Auto Spa for many years. We all have the unlimited lava option. We have been very happy and satisfied with the service. The super helpful and friendly assistant manager, Andres, also helped me remove pesky bird poop from the exterior of my car! His attention to detail was much appreciated. Shout out to all car wash staff, Humberto, and Carlos!

Went for a oil change been going for years the guy tells me I need a oil flush(40000 miles on car) I said no just change oil 3 times and he kept assisting I finally got fed up and just left very frustrated
