“I'm always looking to support smaller local businesses when I can and Zaris did not disappoint. I took two pieces in for repair and they came back looking brand new. It took about two weeks and they charged a fair price. It's worth it to ask how much a repair will cost before you pick it up so you have cash (they only take cash for smaller amounts I believe). The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. If I ever have anything else that needs repairing I'll be back. They also have a nice selection of jewelry that's worth checking out.”

“The store itself is great, the people are knowledgeable and I have never had a bad experience there. My son recently got engaged and he was giving his Great Grandmothers wedding ring to the girl. We had it sized and they cleaned the ring up like it was brand new. All my life I never saw that ring look so beautiful. My only gripe with the store is it is never open when they say they are open. I always look on google and it says they are open so I go there and they are always closed. I recently had some work done there on two other pieces of jewelry and was told to come on that Wednesday to pick up. I went on Wednesday, twice, once in the morning and once in mid afternoon, they were closed. I had to wait until the following week to get my things. Same thing today, I needed something fixed and looked to see when they were going to open, I went about an hour after they were suppose to open and the gates were closed. I think this place is fantastic but I am going to be forced to look for a different place because I just can not keep playing this open/closed tag.”
