Don't even try to figure out any problem with your car here. They will OVERCHARGE you for WRONG ANSWER. I am so glade that I just pay 75 dollars for my yellow engine light check and escape from from here. Don't waste your time and money here. They would not tell you the real reason that cause problem, and they will tell you some relevant but not essential issues. So, you pay overcharge but not fixing your car. Unless you know car well, you would better find other places

I worked with R A TV & Appliance Services when my LG air conditioner arrived with damage from shipping. The R A TV coordinator was efficient and accommodating in scheduling the technician appointment. The technician was excellent - professional and skilled. Within a two week time frame, the technician came over for an initial visit to identify the root cause for the damage; he ordered the new part that arrived within a week; and returned to complete the repair within a week of the part arriving. The repair was not simple, yet the technician stuck with it until the AC unit was working properly by testing all of the modes and offered follow up services if the AC unit stops working properly in the future. I will use R A TV & Appliances Services for future repairs and highly recommend.

Our LG refrigerator started making a lot of noise and the food in the freezer started thawing, so we called here, as they are official LG service people. Originally they told us they wouldn't be able to see us until Saturday (we called on a Wednesday), but a few minutes later they called to let us know they had a serviceman in our area. He was there in a few minutes, and fixed the problem right away (luckily it was a minor issue). They charged a reasonable amount- much less than I would have thought. We will definitely use them again for appliance repairs.

Very honest guy. I highly recommend him. He's a great mechanic. I have taken my car to three different places in the past and they have ripped me off. I ended up paying alot of money and having to return to them. But Helmer from the get would tell me what the exact issue of the car is and never had to return for the same problem. He knows what he's doing. I trust him with my car and don't mind driving two hours to his shop because I know he will do the job right. His goal is to keep his customers satisfied.

Do not use this company. They are rude and will make you wait a week for a technician to even come to look at your appliance in the middle of the summer when it's an emergency.

Excellent! After waiting 4 months for an appliance service company to get back to me with the piece for my refrigerator, I called the warranty company and asked for a new service. They gave me R A TV & Appliance Service. They called me within 2 hours, made an appointment for the next day. Had the piece and he unit repaired the same week. The two guys who came to access the situation were kind and very knowledgeable. John came the day the refrigerator was fixed. Very nice and excellent work!
