Bjs in Kearny nj is really understaffed. Management does nothing to help the workers or help the company run more effectively. Today, was another example. It was raining and customers had pulled their cars all the way up to doorways with no way out to exit the store (Picture attached). One of staff members began yelling for us to move and it’s a fired hazard. It was, but not one of them helped or asked the cars to move so that people can get out. Security staff member just looked and did nothing. Meanwhile not one manager or supervisor was around to help.

Do not buy from the people dressed up in the AT&T clothing. They are not corporate employees. They are not telling the complete truth about pricing. And they are not properly Constructing the information that you need to know when you're switching from one company to another. If you choose to hear them out, do not make a decision on the spot and visit a local corporate store to get proper explanation on their promo. I was a lied to and I deeply regret it. it wasn't rectified until I visited a local Corporate store. DO NOT BUY A PHONE THERE TRUST ME.

How is it possible to pay a membership for BJs almost 60 dollars a year and when you buy propane. you have to wait more than 45 minutes for the lazy employees to come and attend me that does not make sense
