I would’ve gave a five star.when I ordered the part. Customer service was amazing courteous and calm, but when I went to go pick it up customer service, which was another guy he was very rude like I didn’t know what I was talking about just another one of those men that think women don’t know anything

There is a Spanish guy there who is Very rude at the Counter, you go there to buy and he treats you like you owe him Money… prices are not the best.

Terrible, I just came to buy a car, I came with my own mechanic since obviously I don't want to take a car that breaks down the second I take it from the dealer, the car I wanted had to do some repairs so I wanted to negotiate it and to know if I could make the arrangements with my mechanic on site since it was a tire change and the salesman began to behave arrogant and rude, he told us that we were just children that if we wanted something perfect we should buy a new one and he told my mechanic that he didn't know anything he was saying. Don't buy there, they treat you horrible.
Terrible, I just came to buy a car, I came with my own mechanic since obviously I don't want to take a car that is damaged the second of taking it out of the dealer, the car I wanted had to make some arrangements so I wanted to negotiate it and know if I could make the arrangements with my mechanic in place since it was changing tires and the seller began to be arrogant and rude, he told us that we were simple children that if we wanted something perfect we would buy a new one and he told my mechanic that he didn't know anything Of what he said. Don't buy there, they treat them horrible.

Took steel scrap materiel there. They were open, but no one available to weigh or cash out. Ended up dumping it as I did not have time to wait or go elsewhere.
Would not go back.

I would prefer not to give them any stars. I drove an hour and a half to get there, only to find out they sold it a half hour before I got there. Then when I told them that they should have said something that they sold it he told me pretty much not my problem You're nobody special. I have a lot of friends in Bergen and Newark and I will make sure they will never ever purchase anything from them

Wishing I could give 0 stars.
First, there’s an awful customer service, specially today (Saturday) I call and there’s a guy who’s no polite, I would never recommend anybody to come to this place, what do they sell? They sell a terrible experience, maybe I can give them some classes on how to treat customers
