Tonight I went to 7 eleven like I usually do and when I went to get some pastry’s there was a bunch of flys on top of them which I didn’t realize when I got them. So with seeing that I just didn’t want to buy them. So i went to the store associated which is a lady that is new there black hair short because I didn’t get her name but she is working overnight today Thursday 1:00 am I let her know that there is a lot flys on top of the pastry’s and that i didn’t want to buy them and since I got them with a bag I didn’t want to put back since I have already got them. Well her answer was so rude she said well there fruit flys like that made it any better and also the way she talk to me was horrible she was so rude she even said well you should have taken it and she put it back and she continue to argue with me so I didn’t end up buying anything but because of her rude attitude I will never go back to this 7 eleven I have been going there for year and never had a rude associate trate me like that. It doesn’t matter if it’s fruit flys or any flys who would want to eat that and more or less you shouldn’t speak like that to a customer who is paying not asking. But what a bad experience tonight horrible service horrible associate 0 en every aspect. They should really be more kind and it’s nasty that she put it back so another person can get it that’s shouldn’t be allowed.

how does a store not have change for a dollar when I was paying for a cup of coffee??? not to mention how do i get threatened by a young kid when he tells me i should hAve 44 cents on me for exact change??? and when I do manage find 40 cents in my wallet i told hin take a penny leave a penny for the extra 4 cents and he told me was gonna chase me down lol.... or i could have left the coffee which would have gone in the trash any way.... fabulous place wow

This is the worst 7-Eleven around. Customer service is non-existent. Employees see customers standing in line and they will ignore you even though they're looking at you until whenever they feel ready to get to the register. Prices and or deals never match from the price tag to the register and now this is the third time this has happened so I am warning everyone. As you can see the price is clearly stated but when it made it the register another price rang up and I was told prices change what can we do. If this is the case than what is the point of displaying prices and deals if the register will mark them at another price and you guys are not honoring your own prices. I will also be taking my complaint to the BBB because this doesn't seem ethical to me and from the complaints I see this is a common theme at 7-Eleven.

Customers are not allowed to use the restroom!! So no more 7 eleven, from now on only wawa due they have a clean and open restroom every single location.

I went in to buy a gulp (large) . Screen said get this item for free use 1000 points. They robbed me. Said it wasn't working kept clicking the button "trying to help me " LOL ....points were going down 1000 at a time. Said I still had to pay very shady. I would never go back, there is 2 more 711 in 1 mile radius. Enjoy !

I rarely write reviews. Yet I felt compelled to write this one. I am a transit worker and get off late at night. I am exhausted and frustrated from the day. However, you have an employee by the name of Valerie. She is amazing. Most of the time that I go in there, she is working. She is courteous, friendly, and has a great smile. She also stays on top of the cleaning, stocking, and deliveries (I usually show up when deliveries come in). She is the bright spot to the end of my night. Keep up the good customer service Queen.

From what I remember the morning employees are nice but just recently I got some tequitos around 9pm and the older lady behind the counter was annoyed that she had to make some new ones (which took like 2 min). She told her coworker something like "of course this weirdo" etc.. That was pretty rude but after paying I just thanked her for her "compliment".
