This post office sucks so bad that I was waiting on and important probation paper to see when the next time I had to report they sent it out 2 days after the day I was supposed to go but I took a picture and showed them the date it was sent out and they seen that it was late on their behalf … 2nd problem with them a friend of mine was waiting for his paycheck and he didnt get it until 10day after if was supposed to come and he almost got out of his home this place needs help really bad

Great post office, they just need to change the sign inside that shows what time they close. Because I clearly just saw that it says 5pm. Lol

Keansburg. Post office sucks. I ordered some Products, online was never told they wouldn’t be delivered unless I was here the post office didn’t even leave me a thing telling me that my package wasn’t delivered. I needed to come and claim it instead I had to track my package to find out that it was at the post office.

My package from amazon is not delivered. In tracking system it show the item is in keansburg USPS facility, when I visited to this office they told me the package is in the truck out for delivery on March 28. Until now May 05, same status not delivered and shows in the tracking that the package is in this office!

This K.P.O. young light -skinned black lady today, went beyond the call of duty to assist me, in obtaining a po box this afternoon, quite a nice lady she is, not violating ADA violations of local accomodations, special needs alliance person's, everyone have a wonderful holiday!???????

I’ve never seen such incompetence. Moved to that area, forwarded mail, they had that a mess, returning my mail to senders. Purchased a PO Box, checked mail a few times a week, no mail. Senders again getting mail returned. After almost a month, red light came on. Every time I checked my box, toward the back there was a yellow card, I never knew what that was, come to find out, I purchased the box and they never opened it on their end, and literally lied about it. Complete mess. Obviously this rating means nothing, the PO isn’t going anywhere nor its employees

Lived in Keansburg for 13yrs & never had an issue with NOT receiving my mail. Informed delivery told me I'd be receiving an important letter Friday and it's Tuesday no letter! I know something happened to it because I've received every other letter. And don't believe what they tell you about informed delivery being your FUTURE mail because maybe one or two days later but never longer than that, you WILL most likely get that mail on that day! So they tell me to wait like 5 more days(what if the mail was time sensitive?) And to call the SENDER, not them! I can't believe the post master MIKE did not take down my name & address to at least investigate the matter. UNBELIEVABLE about civil servants who are suppose to go out of there way to HELP the community! What happened to people caring about one another?

Ive always had a good experience when ive gone there. Everyone's nice. The only problem i have is that its a small office and there usually isn't enough people out front working
