We’ve had the body shop repair my personal vehicle after two different accidents and you wouldn’t be able to tell. Paint was flawless as well as the body & mechanical repairs done.They’ve also repaired multiple paint flaws on several fleet vehicles for my in-laws and each time their customer service and work is perfect.

If I'm able to give negative stars to Sutton autobody in Hazlet New Jersey I would! The paint was subpar, the bodywork was subpar, the workers attitude was really subpar and utterly demeaning!! the paint was returned to me with dirt underneath the clearcoat as well as dust particles left raised and not wet sanded or buffed out properly.. The employees take on an self righteous attitude and actually said to me, "How much wet sanding do you expect us to do for how much you paid?? I literally laughed at this morons comment right in his face and expressed to him that you don't put out subpar work as it shows your apparent lack pride, determination and drive to be perfect in your trade and if you were my employee you would have both been fired on the spot!! Unless the owner, who is a nice enough guy expect for screwing me around in the price gets COMPETENT body and paint guys in there I would stay far away no matter how much he tells you he will take care of you and don't worry about the price and then when you go to pick it up he's charging the same price he quoted you to paint 12 motorcycle parts in Pearl blue denim when he only painted 7 and those 7 were basic BLACK making the materials cheaper on top of it all but that's what I get for trusting the words, don't worry about it, I'm gonna take care of it for you so you can bring me more work and I can really get this place busy!! He wanted reviews so here it is... If you go there and see a 2 guys who look like they just smoked Meth leave immediately.. It cost me 500 dollars to have a competent body and paint man fix what they should have done right and complete in the first place.. With that in mind I cannot give Sutton Auto Body a good recommendation due to the lack of quality in their work but more so their lack of quality and desire in the workers to put in the effort needed to make a customer who owns a business and has guaranteed work to follow pending their first chance happy!! I believe the head guy who looked like he just finished smoking meth, and yes, I'll keep saying that because he did, his other statement to me was, yeah, everyone says they are gonna bring more work and don't.. I own a custom bike shop and build 35-65 thousand dollars bike as well as customization and fabrication, he would have been busy all winter long but it's apparent he would rather stand around in an empty Auto Body shop smoking cigarettes and saying how he has to get out of there instead of making real money.. So do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place, you will only cause yourself the same issues they caused me as I paid more to fix their garbage work and get it done right the second time but my customer is happy and that's what it's all about, "THE CUSTOMER"!!!
