He has over 40 years of experience in tattoos and piercings, and you can really feel that confidence and professionalism the moment you walk in. He is incredibly kind, patient, and explains everything clearly, which immediately puts you at ease , especially when it’s your child getting a piercing.
The studio is very clean and well-maintained, and the entire staff is warm and welcoming. We felt comfortable from start to finish.

“Many years ago I was fired from my job right after I purchased my house and I was scrambling trying to figure out how to make ends meet. I came across Northeastern and the gentlemen there saved my life. He purchased some jewelry from me i had no use for and i was able to put it towards my mortgage. I went back today to get rid of some other useless jewelry and was happy with my return. They’re really nice guys! Highly recommend!”

It’s not often that you walk into a business and are treated as well as you are there.
They keep the store immaculate. They carry a huge variety of Jewelry including watches which is my favorite piece of Jewelry.
The no pressure approach that they have is very refreshing. I enjoyed being able to browse and when I was ready to start seeing stuff they were courteous and endearing. Imagine that a place not mentioning money within the first few minutes.
I’ve been in the store a couple of times and I’ve called a few times. Always being treated with respect.
I live in Freehold and there are many jewelers between my home and Little Silver NJ. For me they are the only jeweler I will do business with as long as I’m around.
I don’t want to play favorites so I will say that whoever you have assisting you I’m sure you will feel the same way I do. Completely satisfied.
Their Jewelry is beautiful. It’s worth the trip.

“Updated Review. Previously left a lower review than need be. After two years of having my wife engagement ring there seem to be some small issues with the ring. I called Sean and let him know the issues. Sean's response was the following and I dont know if anyone could have been better. 1. Here is a fed ex label to overnight the ring back to us. 2. Renovated the ring at no cost to me. 3. Followed up with calls, emails, and pictures. 4. Did all of this when he didn't have too.I highly recommend this shop. Not only do they make the most beautiful jewelry, but their customer service 2 years after purchasing a ring from them has been unparalleled. Thank you Sean and team.”

“In February I took my vintage 1665 Sea Dweller to Leonardo's for service. I was informed that it would have to go to the Rolex Service Center for evaluation for service. Leo spoke to Rolex and explained that I did not want the face or hands changed. After 6 weeks called, said they would service it, and get a new bracelet, and not change the face, hands or polish the case. It came back this week and is exactly as requested and looks great.
Leonardo's staff is excellent and helpful. I highly recommend them.

“I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. I'm not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!”

I came in to fix a very frail necklace and it was fixed within the expected time range. Make a long story short there was a mix up, which now I believe could have been on my side. They were absolutely amazing and ensured I felt comfortable with the options provided to resolve my issue. I’m in customer service so I truly understand what it takes to provide the level of service they did. I actually went back and purchased a necklace I didn’t need from them lol.
