Horrible, the children can't put their heads in, you can't sit in the water and enjoy with your little children because the security people are already yelling at you to get up at the children, they yell horrible at my children, they scolded them just for sitting and feeling the water ?? ? I will never return, my experience was very ugly, they don't let you swim. One wants to enjoy and the little children want to sit down and yell at them.

It was incredible, very clean and safe, it saves lives every 10 meters without exaggerating, I think that families with children can have an incredible time. I had a bad experience in terms of parking because without justification they gave me two tickets, I confronted one of the people who are involved in it and It's ridiculous, shameful, how they rob you in the face, I saw so many frustrated people because it's disgusting to see how they issue those fines without common sense. There I leave you the payments and the tickets.

**BEWARE OF ANGELA ***
Angela stated she was the owner of Runaway Rapids and undertones of racism.
I thought Hank was the owner of Runaway Rapids.
They price gouge and she was telling different guests different pricing than displayed. Upon confrontation she kicked me and my son out park due to me wanting to record our conversation. She knew she was wrong and rather than admit she kicked us out after 45 minutes. Liz who is the director assisted her best but ultimately violated my 1st amendment rights. I’m highly dissatisfied with today’s visit and don’t plan on returning anytime soon. 2 tickets priced at $80.73. Upon arrival it was $32 and 45 minutes later it was $12. Although today could’ve been better I’m disgusted with the staff and how transparency is not so transparent.

Terrible place all around. Grown women screaming at a teenager for puking today on Moby Dick. Waited for him to come back from the bathroom to yell at him some more for not saying anything since he had immediately went to clean himself up. These women are people in our community? No sympathy for others whatsoever. These are women who make the whole town look bad. The amusement park is made for kids, hardly any rides for older folks, and this how two women treat another child at their park. Absolutely disgusting. Same goes for the managers (Stephanie and Chris I’ve heard the employees call them) who can’t be bothered to do anything about their employees. I’m glad the boardwalk is only seasonal, I can’t imagine being a parent and trusting those two to treat my child right. This place deserves the bed rep it gets among locals, this is one terrible incident of many, the only people who still enjoy this place are the older folks stuck in the past. Kids hardly even like it.

It was fun place. We went there for splash night. Some of rides were not open after 4pm but most good rides were open too. Still it was worth for small kids. I would have given 5 start but i will not because even though i called and confirmed that park will be open till 6 o'clock. It got close 5:30 and all rides.closed at 5:15. So i feel it should be specific time mentioned in website. So there is no confusion.
