I was visiting from out of town and needed some emergency items.
The cvs i visited had a fantastic,knowledgeable and professional representative help me with all my questions and needs.
The store was spotless and it was an absolute pleasurable experience.

Good staff up front, but the pharmacy department is suffering terribly! They are nasty, uncaring & unprofessional! They have no clue what’s going on or care if customers receive their meds or not. There hours are awful as well. They close at random times for lunch breaks and they close early. I highly recommend using any CVS but this one!! I highly recommend taking your scripts to the CVS in Hazlet on Hwy 35. They are so much better! They know what they are doing, have great hours & are way kinder in general!

Excellent service and the pharmacist went above and beyond what he had to do, to make sure I received my prescription at a reasonable price( free actually with a coupon that I didn’t know I could get instead of paying well over $700)

Update Monday 11/25/2024, fifth call I finally got through to a person. She asked what was needed, I said test strips. But she had to call the doctor to get a new prescription. So when I checked online for CVS and there was test strips ordered but they neglected to also give the lancet and also alcohol strips. What pharmacist doesn't order everything needed for taking your blood sugar.
Keansburg pharmacy closed down. I was told all scripts will be transfered to cvs in keansburg (hazlet). I have called this store many times only to get a message machine saying leave your name dob and phone number and we'll get back to you in one hour or less. Four days, four messages left and to no surprise NO CALL OR TEXT BACK. Definitely expecting no type of good service from this pharmacy, good job keansburg pharmacy for leaving your dedicated loyal customers to a terrible company.

the 2 women that work the counter for the pharmacy are rude not professional my neighbors warned me about this. and it is true . I would not be courteous to them they are not worthy

Whomever delivers for CVS is trash saying that my Rx was undeliverable, no knock no doorbell, but cancelled my diabetes medication. Thanks CVS in Hazlet. Run people don't use this location. This is the second time.
