I give Nicole Anderson 10 stars, she is extremely professional and efficient. I love this branch! Been going here for over at least 7 years. Nicole and the team go above and beyond for all my needs as well as for all the Xcel members!!! Customer Service at it's all time highest at this location!

I just had the pleasure of dealing with Christa Olin in the loan department. i was looking for a pre-approved new car loan. Christa was EXTREMELY professional and courteous at all times. It was a PLEASURE dealing with her. Within minutes, I was approved. XCEL Federal Credit Union has HIGHLY competitive rates and provides their field of membership with OUTSTANDING service ! After all, it is a non profit organization that is OWNED by it's members ! I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND BECOMING A MEMBER (IF YOUR LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE WITHIN THEIR FIELD OF MEMBERSHIP) and make XCEL Federal Credit Union your PRIMARY source of banking ! While travelling, i visited this branch for a shared banking transaction, which I had never done before. I was impressed initially by the appearance -- organized , quiet and clean, and was immediately greeted by a teller. I was assisted by the manager who answered all my questions and explained all my options. Who knew NJ could be so friendly?

Recd notice today that my account is “dormant “ and they are accessing me fees for not making a deposit. Most of my funds on deposit are CD’s actually. What boggles my mind is that they spent time and postage to notify me of fee; WHY NOT SEND A LETTER SUGGESTING THAT I MAKE A DEPOSIT?? That would be much more productive and definitely more client friendly. Certainly could use a lesson in Customer Service.
