I’m surprised to see concerns regarding the light rail . Coming from New York I don’t mind it. Leasing office is helpful, and the pool is great in the summer. Overall I recommend living here

When we moved in nearly two years ago, the building was expensive but relatively well-run. Since then, standards have declined dramatically. We currently have a leak in our ceiling for over a month that has not been fixed despite dozens(!) of e-mails and phone calls with the leasing office.

Newly moved in and the south building has endless issues. And now there is a serious community security issue and the leasing office is not responding to residents’ valid concerns. I’m very disappointed.PS when touring this place please avoid Colin Blanchard at all cost. He is super unhelpful and lies to your face.

I am currently residing at Windsor at Liberty House.It is an amazing and peaceful place which is well maintained too. its quite Close to all grocery and nail needs shops, public transport- exchange place path, light rail. Ideal place for living for those who are working in NYC.The staff at LHA is amazing and are very friendly. Samantha, Brenda, Collin, Markus, Mike, Allani and others are always ready to help as needed. It has a fully equipped gym and a cozy playroom too. Summers are amazing as it has a pool and barbecue place. All in all a very good community to reside.

I loved it here initially, but things began to unravel fast.We ended up renting one of the units facing Essex with the light rail (we’ve lived above a light rail before and it was fine but we had double pane windows) and it’s impossible to sleep. They have 0 plans to update the windows (I asked) so if you aren’t an amazing sleeper who can deep sleep through anything either make sure you aren’t anywhere near this side of the building or it’s probably not a good move.I was never able to see the unit we were renting because it was occupied right up until we were moving in. I wouldn’t have rented this with the loud sound issues.There’s also no carpet requirements in units with hardwood floors, so prepare to listen to walking allllll day and until your neighbors go to bed.I want to say we will be renewing but I have a kid and a fulltime job, ya girl needs sleep. Maybe if they make updates to be on par with other buildings but until then eh. The cost really isn’t justified. The location is nice but the building just isn’t a luxury building by a long shot.

Beware. Management here is pretty unresponsive if you have problems (vermin, flooding and other no-fault damage). The community was lovely until about 2021. Leasing agents lived on site and were helpful to long term as well as new tenants. We also used to have community building events! Not anymore. Rents are raised without regard for anything other than corporate greed.

Great apt building in a quiet part of JC. The management/leasing office staff is always helpful and friendly.Special thanks to Lourdes who was super helpful and gave us her undivided attention while resolving an issue we had even after moving out!

I have lived here for about a year now and have really enjoyed it thus far. The community is very friendly and it is a relatively quiet apartment complex!The leasing office has been super helpful in accommodating our needs and a huge shoutout specifically to Ana who has been awesome throughout the process.

Awesome place to live, supermarkets, hospitals, schools, workplace etc everything close, and the waterfront walking trail and the NYC skyline is just too good.

The Apartments at Liberty are modern with large rooms and are modern with upgraded appliances and washer/dryer in each unit. Some even have a fireplace, the amenities include a pool. The best part was the people in the office. I had the pleasure of working with Julio Castillo from the leasing office and he is just awesome. He was patient, answered all my questions and followed up after my viewing.

I cannot say enough about Amanda Stellatos, an Assistant Manager at the Jersey City, NJ Windsor Community. I had the pleasure of meeting her while she was working at Windsor’s Twenty50 Fort Lee, NJ Community, of which I am a resident. She is extremely knowledgeable (Windsor has been fortunate to have her as an employee for 5+ years), empathic and expeditious and worked with me to understand and find a judicious solution on my lease terms. I cannot say enough good things about Amanda and I would highly suggest any Jersey City potential renters request to work with her directly.
