Awesome facility! I was able to come in and train solo while Coach Omar was training his clients. He’s got all the bars and equipment you could want in a strength and conditioning gym. Looking forward to coming back next time I’m in town. Thanks for having me!

I have been going here for 12 years and it’s hands down the best place to workout that I’ve ever come across. Coach Omar is absolutely the best. I have never been this strong and it’s all thanks to him. His workouts are always new and challenging. Don’t hesitate to sign up. It’s the best gift I ever gave myself.
Sessions are an hour long and are designed to build both physical and mental strength. The main focus is to educate and progress you on the main lifts (Squats & Deadlifts) and are programmed on monthly training cycles. We refine those movements with accessory work, incorporating complementary exercises, planes of motion and tempos.
Other days of the week may also include higher intensity programs such as a circuit, timed workout(EMOM, TABATA, etc), strongman circuit . All training levels are welcomed. All training experience be accommodated. The system is very flexible.
