I'm just copying my review from google to add it here cause i feel like their google reviews are fake, there's no way at they have 5 stars all around the board and they suck. But feel free to go to my google review to see all the pictures and evidence i added over there. I recently took my car here for a detailing service and was extremely disappointed with the results. Despite paying $350, my car was returned with smudges and streaks on the windows, uncleaned floor mats, stained seats, and dirt and grime still on the exterior. The employee I dealt with was not only unprofessional but also rude. He accused me of making my own car dirty and rushing the service, which was not true. I adhered to the appointment time and even waited extra minutes when told my car wasn't ready. When I raised these issues, I was offered a redo of the service and a free car wash, but after such a negative experience, I declined. I have photos of my car's condition post-service and screenshots of the rude conversation with the employee, which further validate my complaint. My experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory, and I will not be returning. I don't recommend anyone else come here either. Update: they threatened me after i posted this review and told me they would give me half a refund to take down the review or else they wouldn't give me anything. i declined the refund and disputed the charge with my card and still highly recommend no one go here. Update: Adding another update because they responded with complete lies. The claims about the timeframe and communication are not accurate. I have screenshots that show I was explicitly told the service would be completed by the time I returned, as I had mentioned I needed to go to work. Additionally, I called 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, and I was assured the car would be ready. It was not ready when I arrived, despite your assurance. Furthermore, I found the service to be unprofessional and the staff to be rude. They insinuated that my dissatisfaction was due to the price rather than the subpar quality of the work performed. This behavior only compounded my frustration.

***UPDATE*** The same night I submitted this review, I received DISCRIMINATORY and insulting text messages between the hours of 10 pm and after midnight from the man who I described in the initial review. (*please see screenshots*) I never responded to this man and never received anything for FREE as he mentioned. I paid a total of $124.55 including taxes (*please see screenshot*)

I bought my Tahoe here and it needed so much love and attention.. it was filthy , smoke and gasoline stains and they restored my vehicle a factory like look !! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!! Oh and they are reasonably priced. Definitely coming back to do the outside of the truck .. thank you guys

I got multiple services done to my car and I’m always coming back for the hand car wash they Fixed my rims. They tinted my windows and changed my brakes. The service. It’s unbelievable very easy to communicate with the owner is amazing. The team is amazing. Finally I found The place that I could come and get everything done.

Brought 2 old vehicles in for detail both interior and exterior. The technicians did a fantastic job in making both 15+ old vehicles look like the day they left the showroom. Highly recommended!!!!

Amazing service! My car was an in accident and they made sure my car came back looking brand new! Throughout the entire process I was brought along. Showed up to waxman without an appointment and was quickly scheduled to come back 2 days later.Artur is a professional at his craft he knew exactly what kind of detail my car needed. Even knew how to remove pet hairs and get out odors that have been plaguing my car.Dropped the car off at 9am and picked it up at the end of the work day! I’m very satisfied thanks to Artur and his team (especially Alberto).
