Place doesn’t even have a store phone number directly to the location. Just Horrible to end up paying for parking just to go up there and not get what you want. But it will be nice to be able to talk to someone in the store if they have what you looking for before you head to the store.

Had to go here to switch service to another network and they wouldn't unlock my phone for me or help me or do anything besides tell me to go call their customer service line even though my phone is deactivated because they won't help me switch it! I left and immediately needed a drink or 3. This place made me question my will to live. Don't go here

Terrible customer service. Ordered something at 8am this morning and never received an email for pickup. It's supposed to be within a 2 hr window. Went there after 9 hrs to be turned away and said wait for the email. Their phone number listed is not the actual store. How hard is it to get the item from the back instead of telling the customer that they will send an email when it's ready?! Went back and was told it's been sold out for days. Why can't you tell me that the first time around? Never have I dealt with this at other locations!

We were just at the store. My sister was trying to be made a manager on the account. This is something that a store manager is capable of doing, but the manager refused to help and insisted we do this on the app, which was not possible. Multiple members of our family called in to try and help, and he refused. He confirmed he is the manager and the topmost person at that store. After she left the store, we were able to get help from Verizon on the phone within minutes. He was clearly incorrect. We won’t be returning to that Verizon store but as he insisted he was the manager, we need to say something about how unpleasant the experience was.

DO NOT get your phone from this verizon store. All they care about is commission and they will lie to you and add things to your account for more money. never felt more scammed by a verizon store when I have been a loyal customer for 15+ years. My specialist was Yanisha according to my receipt from there but it was also another man so just beware because all they want to do is steal money from you and scam you.

Extremely bad customer service by one of the agent, lied to me to sell their services. Please read all documentation yourself and if any doubts don’t believe the agents, call customer support yourself.

Amazing service from Wolf, the manager. He helped me replace a faulty SIM card and got me on my way with a functioning phone in no time. Efficient operation at this Verizon store. Thank you!

Worse company to deal with. They make up contracts with expensive termination penalties to obligate you to stay with Verizon until the contract ends. The catch with that is that they renew these contracts automatically. So you have to contact them to confirm the date of when the contract will end. When asked how the contract is automatically renewed the answer that I got was that I made a phone call asking why my bill increase, and after their explanation of why the bill increase, Verizon reinstate credits for bundling, and that automatically renews the contract. I also remember, confirming with every Verizon representative if my phone calls affect the contract and they say no but this year the answer was different.com To know the was renewed without my authorization.

I chose to return my trade at the retail location closest to me. I will use this option moving forward, for I like to hand such expensive trade in myself. The staff was cool, knowledgeable, and prompt. Had me on my way in minutes with zero hassles.

Visited it 10 mins ago at around 6:10 pm. Asked a guy in gray questions about activating a SIM card. Dude was busy playing with his phone and barely being patient about my questions. One of the worst Verizon service guys I’ve ever met. Guess Verizon doesn’t train them how to perform service in a respectful way.
