The worst location i've ever been to. Not saying much considering they are unhelpful at most locations. Came in with concerns over a stolen iPhone. They were far from helpful, provided me their third party insurance provider contact info and told me to figure it out lol. They didn't review my other options with me or suggest things to do to further protect myself. The manager here is a joke too. Go somewhere else or better yet, join another carrier!

Worst customer service . I went to buy a smartwatch and after waiting for 20 mins , a black lady came and told me that I need to place the order on the app by myself and that she cannot help me in placing the order . If I wanted to place the order by myself on the app then why would I even walk into the store . People here really don’t want to do their jobs

I very rarely write reviews, but I’m taking the time to write about this store, the misinformation the staff spreads, and a lack of desire to just do their jobs. I was returning my router, which you’re allowed to do at any store—this location was literally on the website—went with the device, and they refused to take it. I called Verizon, they confirmed any store would take it; I called back the store, and the worker again said they wouldn’t take it. Verizon customer service said that was downright not correct. I’m posting here so their bad practices are clear for whoever monitors these reviews at corporate. The people at this store are rude and don’t do their job. All they had to do was take the stupid router. I wouldn’t take the time to write this, but it’s a $375 charge if you don’t turn the thing in on time.

Location is trash! If you ask for help, get it from Mr. Wolf. Most staff have poor attitude, don’t know their role, don’t know the process or procedure, and have a bad habit of deflecting issues rather than taking accountability. Definitely avoid Jasmine. Her attitude isn’t worth the help and you would get better assistance with Verizon AI compared to her lack of knowledge and professionalism. Book your help with Mr. Wolf or visit Apple WTC. Apple WTC can assist with most requests you can receive from visiting this location. Be ye warned!

Place doesn’t even have a store phone number directly to the location. Just Horrible to end up paying for parking just to go up there and not get what you want. But it will be nice to be able to talk to someone in the store if they have what you looking for before you head to the store.

Had to go here to switch service to another network and they wouldn't unlock my phone for me or help me or do anything besides tell me to go call their customer service line even though my phone is deactivated because they won't help me switch it! I left and immediately needed a drink or 3. This place made me question my will to live. Don't go here

Terrible customer service. Ordered something at 8am this morning and never received an email for pickup. It's supposed to be within a 2 hr window. Went there after 9 hrs to be turned away and said wait for the email. Their phone number listed is not the actual store. How hard is it to get the item from the back instead of telling the customer that they will send an email when it's ready?! Went back and was told it's been sold out for days. Why can't you tell me that the first time around? Never have I dealt with this at other locations!

We were just at the store. My sister was trying to be made a manager on the account. This is something that a store manager is capable of doing, but the manager refused to help and insisted we do this on the app, which was not possible. Multiple members of our family called in to try and help, and he refused. He confirmed he is the manager and the topmost person at that store. After she left the store, we were able to get help from Verizon on the phone within minutes. He was clearly incorrect. We won’t be returning to that Verizon store but as he insisted he was the manager, we need to say something about how unpleasant the experience was.

DO NOT get your phone from this verizon store. All they care about is commission and they will lie to you and add things to your account for more money. never felt more scammed by a verizon store when I have been a loyal customer for 15+ years. My specialist was Yanisha according to my receipt from there but it was also another man so just beware because all they want to do is steal money from you and scam you.
