This post office is incredibly frustrating. The system seems to be down almost every day, forcing me to drive to other locations just to get basic services. Sometimes it’s even closed in the middle of the day with no notice or sign outside — very unprofessional and inconvenient.
I don’t understand why the system is always down here when other post offices nearby are operating just fine. Beyond that, the building itself is dark, uninviting, and downright dirty. Often there’s only one poor worker trying to juggle helping customers and fetching packages from the back, leading to long waits.
Reading the reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone — everyone is saying the same thing. It makes me wonder why no one is looking into this. The community deserves a better post office and the employees deserve better working conditions. It’s long overdue for some serious improvements.

You know how a place has bad reviews but for you it always worked out so the negative reviews doesn't affect you. Until one day you experience a negative situation and now you understand why there are many bad reviews. That's what happened to me this week. Although this location has bad reviews, I still come here because parking is slightly easier and I never really experience anything negative. This week I arrived 8:30am on the dot to mail some letters before going to work. According to their hours on Google, they open 8:30am. They place was dark, no lights, no staff in site. Myself and another customer waited. At 8:40am, no one was inside getting ready to open so I left as other customer continue to wait outside.

Sent out a package on December 20th, package has been in transit since that day and has not updated. It's now January 2nd. Don't waste your time with USPS, go to FedEx or UPS instead.

the lady opened at 8:45 am and kept complaining that the toilet was nasty of the post office mind u I just wanted to get some stamps and I was probably the second person in line. ( didn’t get attended till like 9:10-9:15)

everytime i go here the system is "down". it's only after 3pm. the post office employees are sitting in their cars as well.

This post office always has some type of problems going on whether they only have one person working and they take damn near 2-hour lunches or the system is down and they closed early!

Went in to buy 1 stamp only to be told the system is down and they can't sell me one. I hate this company so much because everytime you go there there's a problem. ?♂️
