Supposed to close at 5:00. It was 4:40 they were closed. Then when I went around back to ask why they were closed early they said they might do me a favor and help me. Like doing their job that taxes pay for is a favor to me.

Came in for help submitting my passport application, the woman at the counter today was amazing! I came in prepared with all my materials and she helped me put it all together and finish signing all the appropriate documents. She told me how much I needed to write on the check(I wasn’t sure) and filled out all the shipping information for me and packaged it all up. It was the best interaction I’ve ever had at a government office.

They need to hire more people. 4pm and they only have one person here. People get out of work around 3/4pm trying to catch the post office and they have one person here? This place needs to do better! No excuses. Get younger people. These people are too sluggish

No service at all for packages , they deliver packages with out buzzing and receiving delivery notification 30 minutes later and when I go downstairs there is no package , disgrace

I had a package that said it was delivered to me and the person never delivered nothing I looked on the cameras and everything didn’t see the postal worker come in the store or didn’t see them outside the store i honestly feel like the worker who had my package stole my package y’all need a better system At least to where y'all can take photos or something because if I say Walgreens how do you miss the big sign that say Walgreens for you to come inside the store now I have to file a claim and do all this running around because my package was stolen by the worker or just someone else due to the worker not paying attention to the address $125 is gone and I just feel like no one cares not even the supervisor because I was told Monday I was going to receive a call by Tuesday which is today and when I went back at 3:15 she told me glad I stopped by she couldn’t even find the paper that had my name and phone number that she took down from me on Monday so clearly if the supervisor’s is losing stuff like that I can see why the workers don’t care to deliver packages properly but I bet 100% all y’all workers are receiving y’all packages my packages was ordered on time for a tattoo session I have tomorrow and now I’m out of $350 because I needed what was in my package and $125 because that was the cost for the product so $475 wasted THANKS TO YALL WORST SERVICE !

Sent a birthday package to a military base from here, it arrived broken into it with the most expensive article stolen. I don't believe anyone at this office did this (it stopped at a distribution center in Chicago on its way to the base) but the supervisor was extremely unhelpful due to the following:- She was difficult to get a hold of (didn't seem to come in until lunch time)- Didn't have any useful information on our particular issue with our insurance claim (pretty much all she had to say was to go to the USPS website)- Eventually during the process we had to return to the office, but by that point our claim had "expired"- She tried convincing us that the missing gift wasn't stolen, but rather it had just fallen out instead (conveniently the missing gift was by far the most expensive one in the package)The staff at the front seemed nice / pleasant to interact with, but ultimately they failed their job (to deliver the package in one piece) and the supervisor in charge was not only useless, but actually made the claim process more complicated than it had to be.TLDR: Go somewhere else !!!

We went here for passport appointment for our 1 month old baby. The place was really clean and maintained well. The staff was very friendly. We were attended by Yolanda. She was extremely professional and helped us with everything and was happy to answer some stupid questions we had. Everything went much better than we expected.

This is the best USPS office we have been so far. We went for our newborns passport application and Yolanda was so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciate her help. The whole experience was very smooth because of her.

I meant to leave this review the day I picked up my package on 10/11/2023. I was in the post office bright and early, just a little after 7:30 a.m. This review is to appreciate Yolanda's welcoming and pleasant attitude on an early Wednesday morning. It made a whole lot of difference to have a pleasant experience considering they just opened. Kudos to you, Yolanda!
