I encountered an employee who displayed very poor customer service. The employee appeared disinterested, spent the entire time on the phone, and barely acknowledged my presence. There was a lack of communication throughout the interaction, leaving me puzzled. However, when another person arrived, that employee suddenly became more talkative. While I cannot determine the cause of this inconsistency, it was disappointing. Some staff members are patient and friendly, while others fall short. Improvement in service consistency is needed.

The customer service is excellent! The Indian gentleman, in particular, is extremely friendly, efficient, and there was no waiting time. This location is much better than other USPS offices. Thank you.

I just got back literally from this location AND ATUL IS THE BEST! Always smiling, fast, polite, efficient. I hope he sees this review. I hope USPS will continually vet people like Atul he is definitely an asset to the company being that this location :) :D. Hard work should always be rewarded in life! Non-negotiable.

They always mark my packages as "delivery attempted" when they never actually attempted a thing. I'm home when they "attempt" delivery and I have cameras, so I know they arent attempting a thing. OPEN EASY ACCESS BLOCK BTW. No gates. Lazy workers. Horrible delivery time. Rude workers.
