HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES!
I currently reside in Virginia and had my sister mail out a small package and paid express service for next day shipping which was Friday to be delivered by Saturday to my residence. Employee was mentioned to my sister that she’s unable to ship the package out that she’s doesn’t know what’s inside and what not when there’s nothing that’s label fragile or anything that’s considered dangerous or flammable. whereas all packages has to be sealed before shipping out. my package is currently considered lost as I have to open a claim to get information on my package whereabouts and that takes additional 2 to 3 days to get hold of any valid information regarding my package from usps.
Im unsure why these type of people are being hired and getting paid to do their job and still can’t do it correctly. It’s not the first time this has happen I’m loyal customer and I’m very disappointed with USPS employees that they hire especially at this location. They always have an attitude and make it seem like they’re doing you a favor when the service is being paid for.

Love this place ! Nice and friendly staff . I sometimes find it hard to ask something in English but the staff always help me ! Today there was a smiling and kind man working , it was very easy and pleasant to communicate . I wish you all the best !

I sent out a next day certified letter at this location. It took two weeks to get to the destination which was within the same city.

This place is okay. I come here sometimes whenever I need to deliver a package. One time they couldn’t provide any updates for the tracking of a package I delivered because they didn’t scan it which made me upset. Sometimes the line is too long. They should have more than 1 person handling customers. They’re also on lunch break I think around 2 so USPS needs to update their hours for that

I applause the staff at the Westside ave location, they are keeping this site going with very little help from supervisor, often and always morning exact change required to complete any transactions and the staff probably takes one hour and a half for lunch to maintain banking such as change....This site looks very old in the outside needs to be updated to please both staff and customers always feel like I'm entering a prison when I visit this store ?, this location is ten times better than journal which use to be my frequent post office until staffing changed and homegirls now run the show??????maybe why Lisa left she made the right decision ...Harrison Ave site is much better nowadays..?

There was zero line when I came in around 3pm. The gentleman behind the counter greeted me, helped me, and told me to have a nice day. Writing this review bc this location isn’t all terrible, and other locations in the area tend to have longer wait times.

The lady with the eye glasses, short hair, skinny, spanish was so rude and very unprofessional. I was asking her politely and nicely and then she gave me an attitude and she was on her phone texting while working. This is not good in the business.

There were two USPS employees staffing the windows. As soon as I came in, one of them quickly put up a sign "Window Closed" and didn't bother to help me. I was next on line. After a while, the other one took me and I asked for tracking for a letter envelope. She showed me the registered mail form without explanation. I said how about the simple one with tracking on the receipt (so I wouldnt have to fill out the form). She said $9. So naturally I asked how much for the registered mail and she said $4. I said I'll do registered. And she got cross, saying that's what she told me. I said, no, you never told me the cost of the registered mail. No response, no apologies. Just plain arrogance from a government employee. We good citizens of this country deserve better treatment by USPS employees.

Shipping claimed my packages were signed for by “Abraham”. None are here. They’ve lost every single one of my packages. Trash place. None of the workers can do anything apparently
