Rude , arrogant staff members who refuse to work and always have an excuse. I avoid this store despite it being the closest to my house. On occasions they have taken my Amazon returns, nothing reached Amazon sellers (don’t know if they lost it or stole it)

Rude staff and ridiculous prices. They make you pay $5 to tape up your package and $15 to print a label for an amazon return that should be free.

UPS employee: "Would you please get out of my way so I can get to work?" In a chaotic room with a long line and packages all over the floor, he could have recognized that I was trying to find a place to drop a prepaid package and could have been helpful.

The worst UPS store in town. Unknowledgeable staff for the most basic shipments. It’s almost comical if it wasn’t sad. Hope someone else buys them and reopens. Run away.

They'll take your Amazon return, but only if you have a printed label. Don't have a printer at home? You're SOL. They wouldn't even take cash to print a label. They direct you to their terminals which start at $3.00/min and $0.20/page. To print one page. Waste of time. Turns out it's a store policy. Go somewhere else.

Extremely rude staff. They didn't just not help me but also made me feel like i am an idiot for bringing a package to the store when the instructions said it will be picked up by UPS and i waiting on them to pick it up for over 10 days. How am i to know it’s a separate division of UPS. There is a nice way of conveying the message. They just didnt want to be helpful

I'm surprised that this place so low stars. I came here 3 times and each time employees were helpful with no judgement. They patiently listened to my questions and answered them throughly.

I paid over $100 to print a document. I ordered online and received an email saying that it'd be ready the day after. I waited 2 more days, went there only to find out that they still haven't printed my document. A staff had to download the file and print and bind in front of me. I waited for 1 hour there to eventually get my printed document. I also wasn’t informed that it was going to take 1 hour
