The work this place produces is really good and never had an issue, my problem with this place is 1st) The customer service was bad, everytime I have gone there I always walk away with the feeling like I was bothering them. 2nd) I dropped off 2 shirts to get something minor done to it and after nearly 2 weeks I called to see if it was done, I was told "Did we call you and tell you it was done?" I stated No you did not that is why I am calling, can you check anyway? turns out the shirts were done and that no one called me. 3rd) At the end of that conversation, I stated I pass by tomorrow morning (Saturday) and pick it up to which the person I spoke with said ok. I showed up Saturday morning and the store was closed. There were no signs posted stating why they were closed and even had the open days and times listed on the door. I called the number and a message stated starting july and august they would be closed every saturday. The person I spoke to never mentioned this even when I said I would be coming on saturday. I live pretty far from this place so I was disappointed. Again the issue is not with the work they produce, they are very good in that regard, the issue is solely with customer service. I will be going to a different uniform store going forward.

I’ve been using them About 10 years. Highest quality items. Great employees and great service every time I go in there. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my stuff for the fire dept and other needs!

It is my distinct pleasure to congratulate her on the success at Turn Out Fire & Safety store in Jersey City, NJ. Additionally, the second store located in Little Falls, NJ meets the exact criteria as mentioned regarding the Jersey City location. Both locations of turn out fire and safety are above board in any standard of equipment, uniforms, accessories. One can feel a sense of pride, respect, and warmth in every single product made, sold, and delivered.

Ordered hoodies online and my order was cancelled weeks after my order was placed claiming it’s out of stock. Meanwhile it states it’s in stock online? Their email address posted online is invalid as well.

IMPORTANT *** recruits make sure you triple check your stuff… this place made me pay for an item I didn’t even get… I needed a double mag holder and PAID for it and dont even have it. So now I must go to another uniform store to purchase it. BEWARE of Daniella, She is super rude and lacks customer service.. if you have no choice but to go there ask for Desiree or the other girl in the front they are better… beware of the new girls, they don’t know what they are doing and may charge you for stuff you didn’t even Get. My recommendation is Harris In Hackensack, much more organized and kind.
