This place is an assembly line with no personal touch and zero kindness. We took our 6 day old pre nate baby for the first time today - the nurses assistant (probably new) asked the same questions multiple times - size of baby’s head, birth weight, height, dob, time of birth, asked if we had ‘paperwork from hospital’ while she struggled to enter the data in a laptop. Then she measured the height of the baby 3 times and still got it wrong at which point I asked to stop. Then she asked to strip the baby to measure the baby’s weight - I’ve never seen a baby being weighed without diapers - anyhow, after stripping the baby pisses all over the table including her clothes. Then she asks whether we have change of clothes and a blanket as the baby was cold. A good 20 mins passes while she completes these two simple tasks. At this point baby is shivering and drenched in piss. Then she asks to get the baby dressed to be seen by the nurse practitioner. RN comes in and strips the baby again. We traveled a long distance just to see clueless nurse’s assistant and an RN who added zero value. Never going back to this place again. This is absolutely unacceptable.

We loved our experience. They were accommodating even on such late notice. The clinic itself is clean and feels very private. The staff were friendly and attentive. Perfect for our newborn!

My daughter was prescribed a cream that’s for patients 2 years old and older. I wasn’t told this at the moment and the daycare requests a doctor’s letter to be able to apply it. It’s been almost 24 hours since I requested this to Tribeca Pediatrics and something as simple as this has not been provided, even after multiple calls reminding them how urgent this was. Other than that, I like the practice but this has been a problem too many times.

My daughter actually loves to go to the doctor. The ambience is perfect to keep her calm and distracted and Dr. Laura is amazing at not just caring for my daughter health, but making her feel safe and confortable.

We came here after our previous pediatrics was just not cutting it anymore. Dr. Barbar exceeded expectations! She was kind, funny and was open to all questions. Our son is on the Spectrum, and they were so kind and understanding with him. So happy we took the step of switching to Tribeca!

Started coming to this practice when my daughter was born. The first few appointments we met different doctors and nurse practitioners and now we only schedule with Dr. Thaker because she is a GEM. She is so sweet and thorough with our baby’s evaluations. She remembers conversations and concerns from previous appointments and follows up each visit. She is patient and kind and I highly recommend her from this practice.

Well equipped space with a “play room” (super useful for my toddler to wait before the appointment). We didn’t wait a lot to start our appointment (around 15 minutes).
No highlights about the nurses and pediatricians. So far so good.

As first-time parents, my spouse and I experienced a wave of emotions leading up to our baby's first doctor appointment. Nervousness, excitement, and a tinge of anxiety filled our hearts as we embarked on this new journey of parenthood. However, our anxieties were swiftly eased and our hearts put at ease by the exceptional care provided by Dr. Gunjan Rao.
From the moment we stepped into Tribeca Pediatrics, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the reception team.
Dr. Rao calming demeanor and genuine interest in our baby's well-being immediately made us feel comfortable. What truly stood out during our visit was Dr. Rao's patience and willingness to address all of our questions. As first-time parents, we had our fair share of qs, ranging from feeding schedules to managing visitors, and Dr. Rao took the time to listen attentively and provide comprehensive explanations.

First baby, first newborn appointment - it was so amazing to be on time as it felt like a feat to get here! Baby’s first outing. Dr Babar went over all of our questions and ran through a lot I hadn’t even thought about. So grateful for this place in JC!

I just had the most abhorrent experience with this practice. It’s hard to admit because I have always trusted my children with Tribeca Pediatrics in New York City but this practice’s billing department was beyond despicable. I called because after a couple years of patronage I was all of a sudden getting out of network bills- after never having been notified by the practice. I asked the department to confirm if my insurance was in fact out of network and they hung up on me. I called back thinking it was an honest mistake but they hung up on me a second time. A third call was sent straight to voicemail. How hard is it to answer a simple insurance question and perhaps explain when that change happened?! I could not believe how cruel and dismissive department was. Do not waste your time and if you’re a NYC transplant hoping for the same Tribeca Pediatrics care, know you will not get it here.

I’ve been searching for a pediatrician that makes me feel heard when i bring up any concerns regarding my daughter. That’s exactly what i found at tribeca pediatrics in Jersey City. Dr. Jessica was great! She listened to my daughter and I and the rest of the staff was great as well. Very welcoming and diligent.
