They are great and friendly clean, safe place I purchased a iPhone for my teenage son that was costly but they included all the taxes so I was happy and my son was differently happy lol!

I had Total Wireless mobile service July 8, 2019 until July 10, 2020. I paid my wireless bill for July 2020 June 30, 2020. July 10, 2020 my service was completely cut off. I sent 2 letters and got no response. August 24, I got 3 different telephone representatives for Total Wireless. I lost service and $50.00 and they refuse to give me a refund. August 25, 2020 these unprofessional business sent me an email to buy more minutes on the headset that they unfairly disconnected July 10, 2020 and is still off. I had to purchase another android device and data plan. These crooks still refuse to give me my $50.00 dollars back for service I did not receive. This is Not the way you treat your customers. I will never recommend Total Wireless.
