terrible ups don’t bother going there. they close at 3pm on a sunday. dropped off 3 packages inside the door and went back to my car for a second to get 3 more and the lady locked the door at 2:45 seeing that I literally just dropped off 3 packages on the ground inside. she eventually opened and said come back tmmr. I told her that it says you close at 3 and said she’s very busy and come back tmmr. I told her this is why this ups has terrible reviews and she didn’t care.

The store was open without a notary present and told me to come back on Monday.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. It is possible the people who are complaining in the reviews are rude themselves that is why staff was not helpful or maybe they had staff in the beginning who was not helpful. But Mariana and her team right now are very nice, always smiling and greet you. Thank you guys!

They were unwilling to do international shipping lol. Typical American non service. Come here if you like to waste your time and money. These people here head their jobs and plan to take a paycheck and do the bare minimum. Smelly store too - felt like a dead rat inside. Welcome to America.

Worst staff. Stupid manager don’t know how to talk with customers and don’t have guts to tell her name on call. She was literally rude to me. You guys better close the store if u don’t know how to deal with customers. Not helpfull at all. She hang up my call without even helping me.

Incompetent and overpriced. It tool them 3 times to print pdf. I told them needed 3 copies of each document. Brain damaged. In another situation, they are to receive Verizon equipment. I left the equipment with them and it never made it back to Verizon. If you want something notarized, their notary never seems to be there. I keep trying, because they are less than a block away.

Really did not like their service. The ladies at the front were not particularly helpful and told me they only had two box sizes for my package. Not to mention the boxes themselves were overpriced.

Terrible service coming from some egyptian workers. Constantly talking about the customers in their faces and laughing. Just uncivilized environment. Not a good experience with these Egyptians. They are terrible people here.
