Nice view, nice staff, super convenient location to Manhattan.But the alarm system of the building is terribly designed. It has been mistakenly triggered too many times. It would happen in the middle of the night, early morning, noon… And it can’t be turned off until the fire department comes.

Me and my roommate checked out The Pier and will definitely add it to our list of options. Holly was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining where the apartments were located showed us the views!!!

We love living here - the staff is amazing and Holly in the leasing office made the process really easy for us. Proximity to the PATH and the views from balcony and roof top are great, and the unit is perfect for what we need at this point.
